Once you arrive, park in the private driveway or make use of ample street parking, and step onto the expansive wrap-around porch, complete with picnic-style dining, two rocking chairs, and a cozy bed swing—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the sounds of nearby waves.

Inside, the home has been fully reimagined with high-end finishes and coastal designer touches throughout. The first floor features a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, a spacious central island with bar seating for four, stainless-steel appliances including a Sub-Zero fridge and six-burner electric cooktop, custom cabinetry, and a large built-in dining nook that comfortably seats six to eight. We were traveling for Spring Break - moms and daughters trip- and this house was perfect for us! Great layout, everything in great shape, so close to Seaside square and just across from the beach access. Short walk to the fitness center and park area as well. Great communication from managemen before and during the stay.

Homeowners Collection did everything possible to accommodate our numerous requests. Great group of people to work with. The 1 on 1 experience with a local company was so much easier and better that using other online services. They are always there to help with concerns!Salty Dogs had all top notch amenities and very well stocked kitchen for Cooking family dinners over the holiday! The rooms and layout gave everyone plenty of personal space and area to spread out. Look forward to next visit!!
