Complementary in appearance to a small beachside chapel, the ‘Sanctuary’ cottage invokes images of peaceful serenity in Seaside, with a location that’s hard to top. This cottage delivers enticing accommodations for singles or a couple but is designed especially for adults.

The beachfront cottage enjoys sweeping panoramic ocean views, with one of the best locations for a vacation cottage in all of Seaside. The stark white exterior of the home is continued inside, where natural wood floors complete the whitewashed walls, ceilings, and even décor, altogether coming to form a relaxing beach space.

The main level of the cottage boasts the recently renovated king primary bedroom down with a luxurious rain shower, custom built-in closets, and a large flat-screen TV.  The room provides for plenty of storage, with an abundance of built-ins designed to make your vacation free of clutter and distraction.

Off the primary bedroom down is a private screened-in porch with a new deep soaker bathtub surrounded with privacy screens as your perfect outdoor oasis. A relaxing deep soaker tub accents the perfect addition to a beachfront honeymoon-worthy cottage. In addition, the cottage is also rented out with two bicycles, setting the scene for adventurous beginnings in Seaside.

Up the stairs to the second level and you are greeted by beachfront views of the ocean as you reach the living room. The designer furnished living room has a wrap-around sofa, new large, flatscreen TV and capitalizes on the natural light once again, this time accompanied by a high ceiling and a private balcony with plenty of room for experiencing the views or dining for two.  The new completely renovated kitchen is open to the living area with an adjacent dining table for two. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, a five-burner stove, an under-mount microwave, and a farmhouse sink. Great detail was put into the renovated kitchen to maximize space and convenience for the guest. 

The highlight of the cottage is steps from the living room, the large private beachfront balcony with hightop dining for two it is the perfect spot to start or end the day with stunning gulf views over morning coffee or evening cocktails as you enjoy the sunset from the privacy of your beachfront balcony.  (Adults 25yrs and older only).

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

The Sanctuary is in the Best location! The following was our experience with Homeowners Collection:- Immediate response through text if we had questions. - Cottage was clean and decorated beautifully. - Location to everything was perfect - shopping, food, complimentary bike rental, market, spa, etc. - The firework show was directly in view from our cottage deck. - Beach access was located by our cottage- Special gifts when we arrived at our cottage from Homeowners Collection- Great to ride our bikes to play Pickleball and ride to other areas on the trails. - Even though the cottage is small it is perfect for 2 people with plenty of areas to hang clothes and store luggage. It feels very spacious, cozy and comfortable. We will be back! Homeowners Collection is very professional and we are impressed by their service !

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this beachfront property. The view is amazing. The property is beautifully furnished and the rental company is so helpful and responsive. Only downside is the refrigerator is too little for storing any food other than some drinks. Also, an ice maker or ice cube trays would be great to have.

The house was fine except for the fact that it didnt have 2 high top bar stools outside . No washer dryer even though it has a hook up in closet downstairs.

A fun little cottage in a great location. The best part was the view from the upper deck but the deck furniture was severely lacking. Only one of the pictured chairs was present along with a cheap broken plastic chair to make a pairing. The other cottages had much better seating options.

This house was perfect in every way. Great location on the water and close to beach access and super close to town square. The king size bed was comfortable. The place was spacious with great views. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans to make meals. Management was easy to communicate with via text about arrival and departure and made us feel welcome.

The positives: are amazing views, location and charm. The negatives: a musty odor, and not enough seating on the upper porch. However the lower porch had benches , tables and chairs around a very large tub, that was not used. We did not sleep at the cottage as we prefer a king bed as opposed to queen. Overall it is a "couples" cottage, but we would rent again for the view.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. We will investigate the smell you note asap. The owner actually has the cottage blocked for a four month span this off season for a complete remodel. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Seaside again very soon.

sanctuary is a two room beach getaway perfect for a couple who wants to sit on the porch and watch the waves. No kitchen so leave the snacks at home and walk to the seaside eateries next door.
