The beachfront cottage enjoys sweeping panoramic ocean views, with one of the best locations for a vacation cottage in all of Seaside. The stark white exterior of the home is continued inside, where natural wood floors complete the whitewashed walls, ceilings, and even décor, altogether coming to form a relaxing beach space.

The main level of the cottage boasts the recently renovated king primary bedroom down with a luxurious rain shower, custom built-in closets, and a large flat-screen TV.  The room provides for plenty of storage, with an abundance of built-ins designed to make your vacation free of clutter and distraction.

Off the primary bedroom down is a private screened-in porch with a new deep soaker bathtub surrounded with privacy screens as your perfect outdoor oasis. A relaxing deep soaker tub accents the perfect addition to a beachfront honeymoon-worthy cottage. In addition, the cottage is also rented out with two bicycles, setting the scene for adventurous beginnings in Seaside.

Up the stairs to the second level and you are greeted by beachfront views of the ocean as you reach the living room. The designer furnished living room has a wrap-around sofa, new large, flatscreen TV and capitalizes on the natural light once again, this time accompanied by a high ceiling and a private balcony with plenty of room for experiencing the views or dining for two.  The new completely renovated kitchen is open to the living area with an adjacent dining table for two. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, a five-burner stove, an under-mount microwave, and a farmhouse sink. Great detail was put into the renovated kitchen to maximize space and convenience for the guest. 

The highlight of the cottage is steps from the living room, the large private beachfront balcony with hightop dining for two it is the perfect spot to start or end the day with stunning gulf views over morning coffee or evening cocktails as you enjoy the sunset from the privacy of your beachfront balcony.  (Adults 25yrs and older only).

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

This honeymoon cottage is on the East side of Seaside and is close to a beach access. It has been completely redone and is very nice. The upstairs AC wasn't working and they replaced it immediately with a window unit. Our weekend was beautiful and we enjoyed it.
