Ideally located just a 3-minute walk to the beach and moments from the Westside Pool, this recently updated property is known for its incredible outdoor living spaces and relaxed coastal charm. With more than 1,250 square feet of covered, screened-in porch space, Sandy Toes feels like a true outdoor oasis designed for gathering, unwinding, and soaking in the Seaside lifestyle.

Seabiscuit: A Charleston-Style Main Home with Expansive Porches

Seabiscuit is a classic Charleston-style cottage that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. Designed in a modified “dog trot” layout, the home emphasizes indoor-outdoor living with first-floor bedrooms opening directly onto the shaded porches. Two levels of outdoor space feature a dining table for eight, rocking chairs, a cozy sleeping bench, and a built-in stereo—perfect for slow mornings and breezy evenings.

On the first floor, a rear king bedroom offers a dresser, flat-screen TV, and a renovated ensuite bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and single vanity. At the front of the home, the second bedroom includes custom bunks with three twin beds and one double, sleeping four, along with a dresser and flat-screen TV. A nearby hall bath features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Tucked into the hallway, a built-in twin bunk nook adds sleeping for two, each with its own mounted flat-screen TV.

We traveled with a large group of women to celebrate our milestone birthdays. The home was perfect in every way! Great location, clean, so much space, well laid out, so many places to gather. We loved it! It was an easy walk to the beach and shops...we did wish the house came with beach chairs and beach towels. But we were prepared and loved every minute!

My family and I had a great time at Sandy Toes. However, if the main house and guest house are rented together there is only parking for two vehicles in front of the homes. If the main and guest house were rented separately, there would be no parking for the guest house.
