Welcome to Saratoga, our lovely and spacious cottage located steps away from the family pool in the heart of award-winning Seaside, Florida.  With vaulted ceilings, an abundance of natural light and central open concept, our home comfortably accommodates eight guests and allows everyone to spread out after a day spent at Seaside’s white-sand beaches or lively town center.

Beach vacations are all about rejuvenation and reconnection, and Saratoga cottage provides the perfect backdrop for both.  Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail in a rocking chair on the lower porch, or claim a seat on the porch swing while watching your family play foosball on the upper level.  After a short walk or bike ride back from a day spent at the beach, enjoy our fully enclosed outdoor shower, with hot and cold running water.  Take a leisurely stroll with family or friends down to the town center for dinner and movies on the lawn.  Browse local galleries or the unique local bookstore without ever getting in your car. 

Graced by two grand Southern porches that span the length of our home to catch the sea breeze, Saratoga is designed for relaxation and privacy.  Situated on the ground floor, the large primary bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, and a desk. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with two queen beds and en suite recently renovated bathrooms. The two-queen bedroom opens onto a large porch with an outdoor foosball table. Joined by a hallway that overlooks the living area is the second upstairs King bedroom with a recently renovated private bath.   All bedrooms, with private televisions, open directly onto porches via French doors.

The heart of the home is the beautiful large kitchen and open-concept family room, which is graced by 20-foot high windows and built-in bookshelves.  With fresh white paint and abundant quartz countertops, the kitchen is fully stocked for the family chef or a night of take-out from one of Seaside’s fabulous restaurants. There is enough room in the living area for your entire group to gather, eat, play games, and enjoy the full entertainment center with wifi-enabled speaker systems.

During my recent vacation, I stayed at a charming vacation rental that truly enhanced my trip. The property was located in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and within walking distance of local attractions. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host.The rental itself was well-equipped, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. I particularly enjoyed the spacious living area and the fully stocked kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners.One highlight was the outdoor space; the patio was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, which helped us make the most of our stay.Overall, my vacation rental experience was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay in a rental property again in the future!

We usually stay closer to town but this house was such a great location (Just cut through the school) that we decided to try it. Very happy with the location itself and the home was very clean and beautiful. The porches were lovely and each bedroom had its own bath which was nice. The only cons to the property was a lack of privacy being right next to the walking path (Don't walk to the coffee maker in your skivvies), and the dryer doesn't have an effective lint trap so you end up with lint everywhere, and one of the upstairs rooms has little air flow. Other than that, this was an amazing stay!

The house layout was perfect for our group of six, with two to a room and each room having its own bathroom. The living area/kitchen is open and airy and easy for everyone to hang out in. Air conditioner worked great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. Very short walk to town square and restaurants or beaches. Even on a hot day, the walk was short and easy. Check in/out was seamless as management company was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family spent a wonderful week at Saratoga in Seaside. We have been coming to Seaside for 30 years and this is one of our favorite houses that we have rented. The house was spacious, and accomodating for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were large and each had a TV and the porch was the perfect event hangout for the kids! We loved it!

We love sitting on the porch. It has sun in the morning, but not too much. Good location for walking to eat and shop at the center of Seaside. Short walk to the beach. Only thing I wish was different are the bathrooms. They have pedestal sinks with no counter space to sit your things on. Also, we couldn't find an ironing board. These are only minor things though. We would definitely stay there again.
