Located just five houses to the beach and only two blocks to Seaside Town Center, Savannah Cabana is a great family escape. This home has a prime Seaside, Florida location perfect for young families. It is only 266 feet or a 1 minute walk to the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to the downtown Seaside Amphitheater and pedestrian town center. You can walk to over 35 shops and restaurants from your front door! This charming one bedroom cottage welcomes you with a private screened in porch complete with a bistro set up for two perfect for morning coffee and the classic Seaside rockers for four to enjoy family moments spent rocking on the porch.

Enter inside this home and find the first floor open living the the connected living, kitchen and dining. The living room features a queen sleeper for an additional two guests and a flat screen TV. Directly across from the living room is the dining area that comfortably seats 4 to 6. The full size kitchen is off the dining room with granite counter tops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and dishwasher complete for all of your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. There is a newly added laundry area with under counter full size washer and dryer as well as an outdoor shower as well.

Also on the first floor is the king primary bedroom with a flat screen TV and double door access to the screened in front porch. There is a full size bathroom with a shower only on the first floor and single vanity. There are stairs leading to the sleeping loft that features a queen bed to sleep two more. (queen loft is open to living areas down) There is an additional second loft across the home with ladder access and it features a kids lounge area hangout, this is accessible via a shops ladder.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We stayed in Savannah Cabana for a mother/daughter trip and it was wonderful! The cottage is comfortable and provided everything we needed. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was perfect! The cottage is a short walk to the beach and the town square. The property management company was communicative and wonderful. We enjoyed morning walks from Seaside to WaterColor (followed by delicious breakfast at nearby Black Bear cafe). The girls loved riding bikes and getting food at the many food trucks. It was a perfect blend of activity and lazy beach days. We had an unforgettable trip and are already talking about when we can come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage, especially being close to the beach and short stroll to Seaside town center. Furnishings were all in good shape. The screened porch is terrific! Bikes being provided through Seaside Transit worked out well. Amenities were very nice. Placing a couple of large wall hooks in bedroom for hanging up items would be a good addition (no closet in downstairs bedroom). Would definitely choose this cottage again!

We loved everything about this home EXCEPT the internet connection. We were there for 4 days and were never able to hold a connection which caused issues for my husband's work. But the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the location was PERFECT. It was great for my husband and I and our 2 daughters.

Unit was very clean, the AC worked well & we enjoyed having a screened porch. Suggestions for improvement- having one key, not on any kind of key ring was kind of inconvenient. A key pad, or at least two keys on key rings would have been great. Also, investing in better bed pillows would be a plus!
