Located just five houses to the beach and only two blocks to Seaside Town Center, Savannah Cabana is a great family escape. This home has a prime Seaside, Florida location perfect for young families. It is only 266 feet or a 1 minute walk to the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to the downtown Seaside Amphitheater and pedestrian town center. You can walk to over 35 shops and restaurants from your front door! This charming one bedroom cottage welcomes you with a private screened in porch complete with a bistro set up for two perfect for morning coffee and the classic Seaside rockers for four to enjoy family moments spent rocking on the porch.

Enter inside this home and find the first floor open living the the connected living, kitchen and dining. The living room features a queen sleeper for an additional two guests and a flat screen TV. Directly across from the living room is the dining area that comfortably seats 4 to 6. The full size kitchen is off the dining room with granite counter tops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and dishwasher complete for all of your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. There is a newly added laundry area with under counter full size washer and dryer as well as an outdoor shower as well.

Also on the first floor is the king primary bedroom with a flat screen TV and double door access to the screened in front porch. There is a full size bathroom with a shower only on the first floor and single vanity. There are stairs leading to the sleeping loft that features a queen bed to sleep two more. (queen loft is open to living areas down) There is an additional second loft across the home with ladder access and it features a kids lounge area hangout, this is accessible via a shops ladder.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The cottage is walking distance to the pool, beach and downtown which is a plus. We liked the layout of the cottage as it was just my husband and myself. We also liked having the king size bed on the main floor however the headboard is not attached to the bed and moves around. The kitchen is well equipped except that the garbage can has not been cleaned for awhile and is very old. The screen porch is a great place to sit and we enjoyed it every day. It really could use pressure washing on the wooden parts to clean the built up dirt. Also we couldnt use the dressers in the master because they had not been cleaned out in awhile. The bathrooms and the floors had been cleaned and it was decorated in a cute beachy vibe. The rental company was extremely responsive to us and brought a new Keurig when the other one stopped working. They answered us whenever we texted.

The rental experience was very smooth and easy. We were greeted with a generous welcome package and I was very excited that we even received 2 complimentary bicycle rentals for the length of our stay. The cottage was very clean and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We realized that we needed 2 more wrist bands and they were immediately delivered to us before we could unpack. I will be renting again from Homeowner's Collection.

What a lovely stay at Savannah Cabana. Great location and the house was perfect for our stay in Seaside. All the comforts of home. Impressed by the communication from the Management company - check in and check out were a breeze and text information updates during our stay to keep us informed.

We had a great time. The cottage is super cute and had everything we needed. The location is excellent! So close to beach access and to seaside downtown. We walked everywhere and had a great time.
