This charming cottage is ideal for young families and couples looking to experience the best of 30A without needing a car. Beach access is just 266 feet away—a one-minute walk, while the Seaside Amphitheater and pedestrian-friendly town center are only a four-minute stroll from your front door. From here, you can easily walk to 35+ shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

Inviting Outdoor Living

Savannah Cabana welcomes you with a private screened-in front porch, thoughtfully furnished with a bistro table for two—perfect for morning coffee—and classic Seaside rocking chairs that invite relaxed family moments and coastal breezes.

Open-Concept Living & Kitchen

Inside, the first floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen layout designed for comfort and connection. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests and a flat-screen TV for evenings in. The dining area comfortably seats four to six, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, and dishwasher—everything you need for home-cooked meals or beach-day snacks.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Baths

Also on the main level is the King primary bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV and double-door access to the screened-in porch. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity is conveniently located on the first floor. A newly added laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer adds extra convenience, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Upstairs, the open sleeping loft features a queen bed that sleeps two additional guests and overlooks the living space below. Across the home, a second loft—accessed by a ship’s ladder—serves as a kids’ lounge and hangout area, making Savannah Cabana especially appealing for families.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The rental experience was very smooth and easy. We were greeted with a generous welcome package and I was very excited that we even received 2 complimentary bicycle rentals for the length of our stay. The cottage was very clean and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We realized that we needed 2 more wrist bands and they were immediately delivered to us before we could unpack. I will be renting again from Homeowner's Collection.
