Sea Pearl is a luxurious two-bedroom cottage in Seaside, Florida with stylish décor that includes original artwork by local artists. Greeted by an open-air front porch with Adirondack seating grand two-story walls of windows foyer featuring a beautiful curved staircase, this home has the much sought-after combined open living floor plan on the first floor. There is the grand foyer and to the left an open living area with a 55"' flat-screen smartTV as well as a sofa sleeper for additional guests, it is the perfect spot to entertain old and new friends. Across from the living area is a dining area that very comfortably seats six guests directly across from the recently remodeled kitchen. The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen allows cooks to indulge in their passion with granite countertops, a large island, additional bar seating for two, and new Viking and Bosch top-of-the-line appliances. There is also a half bath on the first floor for guests and family.

Upstairs through the beautiful and elegant curved staircase, there are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a comfy seating area, built-in bookcases, and a 55" flat screen smartTV to enjoy your favorite show or movie. The private primary bath features marble floors and a large glass-enclosed rain shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full hall bath. Both bedrooms include access to the open-air balcony porch, complete with a sofa lounger and Adirondack seating for all it is the perfect spot to enjoy afternoons and evenings under the stars.

Need more room, check out the rear guest cottage Oyster Cottage, a one-bedroom new build construction that sleeps four!

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3 night minimum Fall, and 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration

Sea Pearl is not only gorgeous, but it's comfortable and convenient. A short walk downtown or to the beach. We enjoyed both upstairs and downstairs porch sitting. The kitchen is wonderful and we would've cooked if we had stayed longer. Loved every bit of this cottage and Seaside in the fall.
