Welcome to Sea Sabella a luxury three-story beachfront home in Seaside that boasts fifty feet of Gulf frontage featuring some of the best gulf and sunset views! This home has THE prime Seaside location beachfront at East Ruskin and is just one block to the Seaside Amphitheater and town central with over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance of your front door.

'Sea Sabella' features designer furnishings and touches throughout this upscale home with every detail considered, even specialty milled stunning sunken cypress siding reclaimed from some of North Florida's own rivers! Upon arrival, you have two designated parking spots with off-street parking in private driveways. On the first floor, you are greeted with two king primary suites each with ensuite bathrooms, and a first-floor secondary living room. Off the living room is your expansive first-floor deck featuring lighted dining for eight, a generous seating and lounge area, and a gas grill. The perfect location for outdoor dining al fresco while you listen to the sounds of the waves crash close by.

Next, ascend the stunning custom-milled rift-sawn white oak staircase with glass railings to the second-floor generous living areas and expansive open-air second-floor deck. This floor features a state-of-the-art kitchen, adjacent living area, and dining area all with access to the most incredible stunning gulf views. The chef-inspired kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler & ice machine, Wolf oven & range, Bosch dishwasher, Kohler sink, Blanco faucet, and custom cabinets that reach to the ceiling. At the center of it all is a gorgeous large white marble kitchen island with waterfall sides, a popular place to visit and stay connected. The German-made Roeder folding glass wall opens up to the extraordinary split-level teak deck that provides unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The expansive open-air deck features a large wrap-around sectional perfect for morning coffee or the perfect evening hang out with family and friends.  This lounge area serves as another incredible outdoor living area to experience amazing 360 degree panoramic gulf and sunset views from your private expansive beachfront patio living. 

A final set of stairs to the third floor has open risers and glass railings, allowing for natural light to flow down from the windows above. This floor is devoted solely to the king primary bedroom suite, which features a private, full bath with a glass-enclosed rain shower, light-therapy jetted Oceania tub, Kohler and Hansgrohe faucets, and luxurious vein-cut silver travertine throughout. A vanity area is located nearby.  (Note there is no door to the third-floor king primary suite, only a curtain door separates this level.)  Off the king primary suite is your own private generous open-air deck with chaise loungers for too, a perfect beachfront escape with stunning gulf-front views.

Perfect spot for family vacation. Weve stayed in numerous properties over the past 15 years and this was by far the best- the view was like nothing weve ever experienced. Spent every waking hour on the porch. My mother in law couldnt physically walk down to the beach so the porch was great for her to still experience the beach. The house had plenty of amenities, very comfortable, perfect access to downtown seaside, and clean. We really like working with Homeowners Collection.. their customer service has consistently been the best in seaside. Will definitely be back!

Sea Sabella was a dream! The views were out of this world and we loved the interior just as much. The location was, of course, unbeatable in Seaside. Walkable to everything - shops, restaurants and beach. Homeowner's Collection was very helpful in getting us booked and went out of their way to get us settled, including a welcome gift bag cooler with wine and coffee! The complimentary bikes were a nice treat as well. We have been to Seaside many times and this was by far the best experience we have had. We will be back to Sea Sabella for sure!

The location in Seaside was perfect. The views were out of this world. I could easily stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay. The decor was beautiful and everything was comfortable and spacious. We highly recommend Sea Sabella!
