Designed in a modified “dog trot” architectural style, the home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels, with separate sleeping accommodations on the first floor and the primary living spaces and primary bedroom upstairs. Multiple screened porches, outdoor gathering spaces, and an open-air rooftop provide plenty of room for families and groups to relax together or find a quiet space of their own.

Just off the upstairs living room, a screened porch features conversational seating with rockers for four, creating an inviting spot for morning coffee, reading, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Continue down the expansive porch to another outdoor living area with dining for eight, making it an ideal setting for an al fresco family dinner, morning breakfast, or evening cocktails. The front outdoor area features Adirondack seating for three, a large picnic table, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a charcoal grill. After a day in the sand and surf, the outdoor shower provides an easy place to rinse off before heading inside.

This Seaside vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a flexible combination of king bedrooms and bunk sleeping areas.

The first floor features a fun bunk room with a twin bunk bed and a twin-over-double bunk, comfortably sleeping four guests. The room also includes a dresser and flat-screen TV. A shared full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is conveniently located nearby.

Just down the hallway, a built-in twin bunk nook sleeps two additional guests and features individual mounted TVs, creating a fun and comfortable space for children or additional guests. The first floor also includes a king bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

The updated kitchen is designed for both everyday convenience and gathering together. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and generous cabinet storage provide a functional space for preparing meals during your stay. The kitchen includes a large double-door refrigerator with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, and four-burner electric stovetop, along with plenty of cookware, dishes, and serving essentials.

A breakfast bar seats three, while the adjacent dining area accommodates up to eight guests. The open configuration allows the kitchen, dining, and living spaces to flow naturally together, making it easy for everyone to gather for family meals, games, and conversation.

The open living area provides plenty of comfortable seating for the entire group, with an expansive wraparound sectional and two club chairs. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space to relax between beach outings.

A large flat-screen TV is perfect for family movie nights or catching the game after a day exploring Seaside. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living area. For guests who need to work remotely during their stay, a dedicated built-in desk area near the dining space provides a convenient workspace.

Located at the rear of the second floor, the private primary suite features a king bed, large nightstands, generous storage, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom offers additional storage and a dressing area, along with a single vanity and an updated marble-and-glass enclosed walk-in shower.
