Seabiscuit is a beautifully updated Charleston-style cottage located in the heart of Seaside, Florida. Just a 3-minute walk to the West Side family pool and a quick 4-minute stroll (352 yards) to the private residential beach access at Pensacola Pavilion, this 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers timeless coastal charm with modern comforts.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by private parking, a spacious side deck, and two full-length screened porches—one on each level. The side deck features Adirondack seating for four, a large picnic table ideal for outdoor dining, and a private enclosed outdoor shower. The lower screened porch offers a classic Seaside experience, complete with unique artwork, a swinging bench, and a pair of club chairs—perfect for a quiet morning coffee or relaxed evening unwind. This porch connects directly to the first-floor bedrooms in a traditional "dog trot" style layout, while the main living area and primary suite are located upstairs and accessed via steps from the front porch.

Inside the front of the first floor is a bunk bedroom featuring one twin and one twin-over-double bunk bed, along with a dresser and mounted flat-screen TV. Just outside is a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. Tucked into the hallway is a bonus bunk nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, each equipped with its own flat-screen TV—ideal for kids or extra guests. At the rear of the home is a king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, featuring a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and single vanity.

Upstairs, the second-floor screened porch expands the home’s living space and serves as a guest favorite, offering dining for eight, six rocking chairs, playful art, and soft lighting for a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Inside, the open-concept kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a large double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and ample cookware for family meals. The dining area seats six to eight comfortably, with bar seating for three more at the adjacent breakfast counter. The living room features a large sectional sofa, two club chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV, making it perfect for movie nights. A convenient half bath serves the upstairs living and dining areas.

Down the hallway is the spacious upstairs primary suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private screened porch with a custom, built-in bench and two club chairs—a perfect evening retreat. The renovated ensuite bath includes ample storage, a single vanity, and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. From the porch, a spiral staircase leads to a private rooftop deck with sweeping views of Seaside and stunning sunset vistas.

For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Grace Sea (in the rear), may also be rented. Or the full 4 bedroom house, Sandy Toes, can be rented.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

My wife and I hosted seven high school senior boys (our son and six of his friends), and we had a nice experience at Seabiscuit. All seven slept comfortably downstairs, while my wife and I had the master suite to ourselves. Plenty of room inside and on the two levels of spacious porch! The outdoor shower and picnic table area came in handy after hours at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. We asked for a couple of additional supplies during our stay (like kitchen garbage bags), and these were supplied promptly and courteously. The walk to the Seaside town center was short--about five minutes. It was nice to stroll there in the cool mornings to pick up coffee and donuts to bring back to the house.

Incredible home in Seaside! We have stayed in several homes in the area and this was by far the best! We will definitely return to this home. The layout was perfect for our family and we loved the decor and feel of the home. It was spacious and beautiful! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean and comfortable. The location was terrific and we were so pleased with the bicycles that were provided. We never needed our car - walk to everything in town and beach. Thank you - we look forward to returning!

My family and I enjoyed the Seabiscuit cottage very much. We are long-time Seaside vacationers and this was our first time staying in Seabiscuit. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The location could not be beat and the homeowners collection was excellent to work with. They were very helpful and we will definitely be using them again on our next visit to Seaside. Without a doubt, this home is highly recommended!
