Seabiscuit is a prime location Seaside, Florida Charleston style cottage that is only a 3 minute walk to the West End family pool and just 352 yards or a 4 minute walk to the private residential Seaside beach access at Pensacola Pavilion.  This 3-bedroom Charleston-style cottage sleeps 10 and has undergone many updates.

Upon arrival  you are greated by parking for on in front of the home, a large side deck, and  with and two large screened porches that run the length of the home up and down.   The large side deck features Adirondack seating for four, a large adjacent picnic table perfect for dining al fresco, and an adjacent enclosed outdoor shower. The first floor large screened in porch has unique artwork, a bench swing and adjacent outdoor club chairs for two. This is a perfect location to enjoy your  morning coffee. This porch is a "dog trot" style with the first floor bedrooms having entrances directly from the downstairs porches and the primary bedroom, kitchen, and living area are on the second floor accessed by steps off the enclosed front porch.

The first bedroom at the front of the room is a bunk bedroom with two bunks (one twin, and one twin over double) with an adjacent dresser and a flat screen TV. Outside of bedroom one, there is a full hall bathroom with a tub & shower comination as well as an adjacent single vanity sink area. In this hallway area is a bonus twin bunk nook with one twin bunk to accommodate two more, each bunk comes with its own mounted flat screen TV.  The second bedroom down at the rear of the home is a just updated to a King bedroom with a a dresser, and a mounted flat screen TV as well as its own ensuite full bahtroom. This private bath has a glass enclosed walk in shower and a single vanity.

Take the exterior dog trot steps on the porch to access the second floor living areas and the third king primary bedroom.  The expansive screened in porch on the second floor makes this home live much larger and is a crowd pleaser location with an outdoor dining for eight and additional rockers for six  more with fun art and lamps for an enjoyable family friendly outdoor living area. 

Inside is an open updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances complete with a large double door fridge with water and ice dispenser; electric four burner stove top, microwave, coffee pot, and ample cookware for preparing family meals in. At the kitchen is additional bar seating for three more. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six to eight and is conviently right next to the kitchen and breakfast bar.  The livving room has a large sectional sofa and two more club chairs as well as a large flat screen TV perfect for family movie nights in.  There is a convenient half bath on this floor to accommodate the living areas. 

Down the hall is the third bedroom up, the primary king suite with its own renovated private bath. This king bedroom has a large flat screen TV, and its own private porch lounge seating area wiht a custom built in bench and club chairs for two, a perfect evening spot to enjoy a nightcap. The renovated ensuite bathroom has plenty of storage, a single vanity, and a large glass enclosed walk in shower with dual shower heads.  Off this bedroom is a spiral staircase that leads to an open air roof top deck with sweeping Seaside town views and sunsets. 

For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Grace Sea (in the rear), may also be rented. Or the full 4 bedroom house, Sandy Toes, can be rented.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Not available for rent in Summer. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

My wife and I hosted seven high school senior boys (our son and six of his friends), and we had a nice experience at Seabiscuit. All seven slept comfortably downstairs, while my wife and I had the master suite to ourselves. Plenty of room inside and on the two levels of spacious porch! The outdoor shower and picnic table area came in handy after hours at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. We asked for a couple of additional supplies during our stay (like kitchen garbage bags), and these were supplied promptly and courteously. The walk to the Seaside town center was short--about five minutes. It was nice to stroll there in the cool mornings to pick up coffee and donuts to bring back to the house.

Incredible home in Seaside! We have stayed in several homes in the area and this was by far the best! We will definitely return to this home. The layout was perfect for our family and we loved the decor and feel of the home. It was spacious and beautiful! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean and comfortable. The location was terrific and we were so pleased with the bicycles that were provided. We never needed our car - walk to everything in town and beach. Thank you - we look forward to returning!

My family and I enjoyed the Seabiscuit cottage very much. We are long-time Seaside vacationers and this was our first time staying in Seabiscuit. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The location could not be beat and the homeowners collection was excellent to work with. They were very helpful and we will definitely be using them again on our next visit to Seaside. Without a doubt, this home is highly recommended!
