Welcome to Seaspell! Ideal for any family, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach cottage will make you feel at home as soon as you step inside. Start by enjoying the bright and light front porch — a great place to sit and relax on a sunny day!

Next, make your way into the living and dining room area. Framing the dining area is a lovely bay window with beautiful views. Above this space, you’ll find a roomy loft with two twin beds as well.

In the kitchen, there’s extra seating at the counter plus everything you’ll need to make your own meals throughout your stay. Just around the corner from the kitchen is the downstairs full bathroom.

A king bedroom and a queen bedroom make up the main first-floor sleeping space.  Both king and queen bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Head to the second level to find the Primary Suite, which features a king bed and lots of open space. The Primary Suite has its own private bathroom, complete with shower and tub.

Would you like a place that comes with a bonus feature? With the amazing views provided by Seaspell, you’ll love the third-floor tower room. Head up and enjoy a full 360°-view of the surrounding landscapes. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the third-floor tower. Interested in sunning yourself? Spend some time out in the fresh air on the balcony that wraps all the way around.

The house was in a great location. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The management company was very engaging and very helpful. The only comment I have is for the property to have curtains on the windows in the stairwell, heat from the sun made the upstairs bedroom warm in the daytime and evening. It cooled down by nighttime, but curtains would help with the heat if needed.

Nice place, two day stay. Housekeeping very expensive.Only problem was annoying fan in third floor bedroom. Very noisy, and we could not turn it off.

What a wonderful home in a perfect location! Everything was just as described and perfectly cleaned. Our only complaint is that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms and no basic cooking condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc...) Would highly recommend staying at this proerty.

The cottage was great. The only thing that I would recommend is that a new garbage bin be provided for the kitchen. Kitchen garbage bags would not fit in the bin.

Seaspell's location is a plus - only a short walk to Central Square and its grounds are well kept. For our party of six, it was too tight, especially the living area. The wifi TV needs an upgrade as it constantly buffers but no one comes to the beaches of Seaside to watch TV all day. The loft bedroom draws the attention of younger children, but a better access, especially for young children, is needed. The short distances to the center of all the activity in Seaside as well as to the beach is a plus for Seaspell.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had five in our group ranging from a college student to a 60-year old. Everyone seemed comfortable. I very much appreciate that pets are allowed. As always, Homeowners Collection was helpful and responsive. This was a much needed getaway after months of lockdowns. Thank you!

Hair in shower in 1st Floor Jack and Jill bath. I think the cleaning crew may have overlooked cleaning this shower. Location good. House we stayed in last year ( Reve de Mer)had better small appliances, had wine glasses and had Alexa. I think we liked it better

Location great. It was clean. Nice kitchen. The beds were horrible!! Too hard and not comfy at all. Owner needs to do a few updates but first they need to purchase new mattresses.
