This beautifully renovated, coastal cottage sleeps 8, has great outdoor spaces, a private tower with views, a tasteful interior, prime location, and more! Plus, for the animal lovers, this cottage is pet-friendly, allowing your fur babies to accompany you on this sweet escape. 

Guests will be greeted by an inviting, furnished front porch—a great spot to savor your morning coffee while soaking in the refreshing sounds of the ocean. Step inside to discover a spacious and airy first level featuring high ceilings and a stylish interior. The open living space is perfect for gathering, complete with seating and a flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features bar seating for three, along with a lovely dining area and a lovely window seat. A bonus loft is accessible via a ship's ladder, accommodating two more guests. The first level offers 2 bedrooms. One is a queen bedroom and the second, a spacious king room that features a flatscreen TV, a peaceful reading nook, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a screened porch overlooking a large backyard with outdoor dining and seating.

The second floor is devoted to the king suite, serving as a relaxing retreat, complete with a seating area, and a desk space, a closet, a full mirror, and an ensuite, full bath. The true highlight awaits at the top of a final set of stairs—a bonus tower room with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, and a wrap-around deck that allows you to take in breathtaking views of treetops, and a peek of the stunning gulf. Seaspell provides an unforgettable getaway for those seeking a combination of tranquility, comfort, and to experience the magic of Seaside. Seaspell awaits!

Our stay at the Seaspell cottage in Seaside FL was absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating for 4 adults and 1 pup. The cottage was lovely and well appointed making our time away from home amazing. We would highly recommend Seaspell and Homeowners Collection. The Cottage is very well equipped, and the layout suited us well. The upgrades the owners have done since our last stay were fantastic. We normally stay at another dog friendly cottage when visting Seaside, but we really enjoyed our time at Seaspell. It will be our first choice moving forward. Homeowners always does a great job - very attentive.

The house was in a great location. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The management company was very engaging and very helpful. The only comment I have is for the property to have curtains on the windows in the stairwell, heat from the sun made the upstairs bedroom warm in the daytime and evening. It cooled down by nighttime, but curtains would help with the heat if needed.
