Welcome to the guest cottage Seasuite, located directly across from the beach in Seaside, Florida. Seasuite can be rented alone or in conjunction with the main house SloMocean. At Seasuite you have a private beach escape for two close to all things Seaside, Florida. With this convenient location, you are steps to the East Ruskin private residential beach access and just one block to the Seaside Amphitheater, air stream row, the many shops, and several dining options. This newer construction guest cottage has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout.

The first floor features a queen bedroom with a private bathroom. The bathroom has a marble single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second floor features the living room and a modern kitchenette with gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops. The living room has designer furnishing throughout, a queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a Juliette balcony. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit! Seasuite is the perfect cottage to enjoy a private getaway all within steps to everything Seaside, Florida, and the beach!

3-night minimum year-round, 2-night minimum winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Welcome tote with 2 beach towels, complimentary bottle of wine, and 2 complimentary rental bikes for pickup at Seaside Transit Authority
  • Personalized service and starter amenities provided
  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We had a wonderful stay at Seasuite in Seaside. This was our first time in Seaside Florida and our first time to the Panhandle. I had heard many great things about seaside and we're excited to stay. I travel with my husband and 17 year old daughter. I found Home Collections rentals through seaside website. The website was extremely well laid out and gave me all necessary information. The cottage I picked was based on having a second floor living space for my daughter and the proximity to the main square. Seesuite was definitely a smaller cottage but fit our needs for the week. I cannot say enough good things about Home Collections. Hands down the best service we've ever had traveling including all inclusive and high end hotels. I had some concerns Renting a cottage and having limited interaction with the Management properties, but Home Collections was wonderful. They provided a lovely reception the first night we checked in with hors d'oeuvres cocktails. During the reception we were able to meet the staff who provided additional information that helped us Navigate Seaside and the properties we had access to and we got all of our questions answered. The service at Home Collections was wonderful they responded to all of our requests immediately. We had a problem with the dryer on a Saturday and Home Collection sent somebody over within 15 minutes to fix it. We needed the towels and within a half an hour someone was over with towels. Honestly the easiest fastest communication I've ever had with the property. You would absolutely stay in Home Collections again their attention to customer service was exceptional. There were a few minor things that would change about Seasuite Cottage itself but nothing that would discourage a future stay. Seasuite is small but had everything we needed.

My Husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the prefect size for us. The beach was a short walk away as well as the stores and restaurants. The house was located behind the main house but still offered privacy. The only downside was the small washer and dryer, we had a hard time doing laundry during our week long stay. Other than that everything was perfect. Homeowners Collection was amazing to book through and very personable. They even gave us a goody basket for our honeymoon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seasuite in Seaside! Its such a cozy home and had everything we needed! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach and/or the town if you wanted to shop, grab coffee, have lunch or dinner! Homeowners Collection was great - we needed a few extra things (towels, hairdryer, extra comforter) that were dropped off same day. The correspondence with them was via text and responses were immediate and friendly. We were dreading having to leave and will definitely be staying here again next year!
