When you want to be close to everything, look into Shell Station.  It is near the beach and the town square.  It is also close to the pools and Watercolor…all within the heart of Seaside. 

Enter into Shell Station and experience the light flooding through the rose-colored cupola.  The 3-story living/dining room is filled with natural light that washes the room’s colors inspired by the warm Gulf sunsets.  The décor features a fireplace that is surrounded by books.  Whimsical artwork complements that space.  While the great room is dramatic, Shell Station also offers many comfy nooks where you can enjoy the afternoon reading and relaxing. 

Greet the morning with coffee on the screened-in front porch or people-watch with a glass of wine in the evening as the evening lights start to come up.  In the full kitchen just off the main living area on the first level, you and your group can craft gourmet meals together.  The wood-burning fireplace takes the chill off fall and winter evenings.  A comfortable sectional sofa provides enough space for everyone to relax together.  The first level also has a queen guest room with a newly remodeled en-suite bath with a shower. 

The primary bedroom will take your breath away.  Featuring a king-sized bed, the room provides an indoor balcony with views of the main living area below.  French doors lead off the primary bedroom to a screened-in porch.  The area is perfect for relaxing while listening to the Gulf waves below.  A comfy swing bed is the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying the Seaside ambiance. 

Also located on the second floor is a second guest room.  This space features two sets of bunk beds.  The whimsical artwork and the indoor balcony will spark joy in everyone staying there.  A newly remodeled full bath with a shower is shared between the upstairs bedrooms. 

No Seaside home is complete without a back porch.  Seating surrounds the back porch offering room for the whole family.  A BBQ grill and outdoor shower are the perfect beach amenities.  Experience the true joy of beach living at Shell Station.  Shell Station is situated on Pensacola Street.  Beach access is just through the Pensacola Pavilion.  Just a short walk through the white sand, the sparkling Gulf waters are before you. 

In addition to the remodeled bathrooms, Shell Station also has new wood floors.  The home also has a new washer and dryer.

5-night minimum Spring Break & Summer |  3-night minimum Fall, 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We rented this home for my wife snd I along with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. It was a perfect fit for us; enough space to feel comfortable but still together when we wanted to be. we especiially liked being close to the beach access.

The double bunks made this a great stay for two young families. Beds for all, and the tall space in the living room made the house feel much bigger. Location couldn't be better- easy walk to pool, beach and town. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you!

Our first time in the Panhandle of Florida. We had a wonderful time and would come back, but would stay away in March still too chilly and spring breakers were a bit much! The porch furniture could stand to be changed out with newer furniture, but loved the proximity to beach and town. Loved being able to walk/ride bikes pretty much everywhere!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed Shell Station. The light throughout the house is amazing. The napping swing on the upper porch is a wonderful addition. The house is very clean and functional and is located near to our favorite Seaside spots. Hope to return soon.

First time staying at Shell Station. Everything was exactly as described. My only complaint, I didnt realize Seaside would be so crowded! Overall, we had no problems and I would definitely recommend.

Shell station on Pensacola was another home run seaside property! Our party of six included for senior high school boys and the bunk room was perfect. We had room to spare. Kitchen as well appointed the gathering room was ideal (large flat screen, DVD player, Onkyo surround sound) and the dining area seated 6 easily. A brand new charcoal grill and convection oven made our home cooked meal of Grilled Veggies, Grilled Red Snapper / Bourbon Glazed Grilled Salmon, oven-fried Parmesan smashed potatoes EASY!! 6 houses from the Pensacola Pavilion two minutes to the town plaza and five minute walk to the fitness center made Shell Station an ideal location.Coaches and Bedding was very comfortable, linens, towels and bathrooms were just right and the two large screened porches made for comfy hangouts in the morning and evening. My only critique was the price. The Covid surcharge for cleaning and other hidden fees are really frustrating but I guess thats the way things are these days.
