Outdoor Living & Arrival

Guests are welcomed by a spacious private driveway accommodating two vehicles. The inviting front porch features comfortable armchairs, a classic porch swing, and a “fun-sized” swing for little ones—perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, or soaking in the Florida sunshine before a day of Seaside adventures.

Bright & Airy Interiors

Inside, the open-concept living space features a plush sofa, three armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV, creating a cozy environment for movie nights or game evenings. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, conveniently located next to the updated kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso cube, panini press, and ice cream maker, providing everything needed to prepare meals for family and friends.

Ground Floor Bedrooms

The first level offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king bedroom with direct rear porch access and a queen bedroom also with porch access and its own flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a stylish full bathroom with crisp, modern finishes.

Second-Floor Retreat

Upstairs, guests will find a private king bedroom suite complete with a lounge area, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Step out onto the private second-floor porch, where a built-in hammock provides a tranquil space to read, relax, or enjoy a sunset glass of wine.

For a truly unique experience, the third-floor open tower offers panoramic views of Seaside and the Gulf. Bar seating for four makes this a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The adjacent deck features a Big Green Egg grill and ample outdoor seating, ideal for dining al fresco while soaking in the coastal breeze.

Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every detail at This Side of Paradise is designed to ensure a memorable, comfortable, and effortless Seaside getaway.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break & Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years old to rent and sign the regisration.

This rental has the most perfect location right next to all the restaurants and shops and about 1 min from the beach entrance. It was very charming and comfortable. The property management was very attentive. We didnt have any issues but they checked on us. Everything was easy! We enjoyed our stay very much.

This Side of Paradise was great! Clean, comfy, loved the layout and location. Five houses down from 30A made the walk to the beach easy. If you get the opportunity to stay here...grab it! You will love it.

We lived our stay at This Side of Paradise! Location is by far, the absolute best! Everything you need to be close and comfortable to the beach and town! We love Seaside and this has been our favorite trip! Homeowners was very responsive and kind!
