Stepping onto the inviting front porch, you’ll be greeted by cozy armchairs, a classic porch swing, and a delightful “fun-sized” porch swing—perfect for little ones to enjoy while soaking up the sunshine. The porch is the ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or to relax before starting your day of Seaside adventures.

Through the front doors, the cottage reveals a bright and airy interior with a stunning staircase and an open living space designed for relaxation and togetherness. The living room features a plush sofa, three comfortable armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for winding down with your favorite movie or gathering for game night. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six and is ideal for sharing meals prepared in the updated, open kitchen. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen also offers thoughtful amenities such as a Nespresso cube, panini press, and ice cream maker—everything you need to delight your family and friends with homemade treats.

The ground floor hosts two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king bedroom with direct access to the rear porch and a queen bedroom, also with porch access and its own flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a bright, elegantly designed full bathroom with crisp white finishes.

Upstairs, you’ll discover a spacious king bedroom that feels like a private retreat. It features a cozy lounge area, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. One of the room’s highlights is the private porch, where a built-in hammock awaits. Imagine cozying up with a book or enjoying a sunset glass of wine in this tranquil space.

For a truly unique experience, head up to the third level, where the open tower offers breathtaking panoramic views. Gather around the bar seating for four to savor the scenery, or step out onto the adjacent deck, where you can fire up the Big Green Egg for a home-grilled feast. Additional thoughtful touches include an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet after beach days and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Every detail of This Side of Paradise is designed to make your Seaside getaway memorable and effortlessly enjoyable.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break & Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years old to rent and sign the regisration.

This rental has the most perfect location right next to all the restaurants and shops and about 1 min from the beach entrance. It was very charming and comfortable. The property management was very attentive. We didnt have any issues but they checked on us. Everything was easy! We enjoyed our stay very much.

This Side of Paradise was great! Clean, comfy, loved the layout and location. Five houses down from 30A made the walk to the beach easy. If you get the opportunity to stay here...grab it! You will love it.

We lived our stay at This Side of Paradise! Location is by far, the absolute best! Everything you need to be close and comfortable to the beach and town! We love Seaside and this has been our favorite trip! Homeowners was very responsive and kind!
