Located on the serene, enchanting Forest Street, near the Seaside Chapel, town, and beach access, 'Simplicity' has officially joined our rental program! This completely renovated beach cottage is the perfect pad for family gatherings or a relaxing, group getaway, and is just a short walk to the Westside pool, the beach, Central Square, and all things Seaside!

Guests can arrive and park to spy a shaded retreat, paired with porches and good vibes! Two expansive porches greet you both up and down, the first has outdoor seating for two joined by an adjacent outdoor lighted seating area with Adirondack seating for five. A perfect evening nightcap setup. The first floor includes an open living space with designer touches throughout, a sectional with plenty of seating for all as well as a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in. Adjacent to the living is a beautifully renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a large double-door sub-zero fridge, charming chandeliers, stone countertops and a dining table that comfortably seats eight.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with a shared renovated hall bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The first bedroom features a king and the second bedroom is a bunk room with a double over double bunk bed and a mounted TV.

Head upstairs to locate two more bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is a queen with a private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub & shower combo. The fourth bedroom is another king with a private bathroom. This renovated bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a large rain shower and a single marble vanity. Off the bedrooms is a generous porch, fully furnished with a porch swing and club chair seating for two. This balcony also features access to a staircase access to a third floor, an enclosed tower room that serves as a movie and game room, complete with a futon and Playstation 4! Futon sleeps two more to accommodate 10 in all! Extras include a small laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer, a large back deck with a pole-mounted grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. This five star home is our absolute favorite and the location could not get any better. It’s located doors away from the sweet Chapel and a short beautiful walk to the post office, shops, restaurants, food trucks, beach, etc. This home is great for hanging out with family and the beds are super comfy. When SEASIDE is on my mind SIMPLICITY is where I am staying.

This Simply Beautiful home is perfect for our girls trip, and our family trip to Seaside! It’s located a few doors down from the sweetest Seaside chapel where we got to see wedding guests arrive out our kitchen window on one of our stays. It is such a beautifully decorated well appointed house located in a convenient, yet quiet, safe street. It’s close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, yet far enough to be quiet, safe, and private. Everything you could want is within a couple blocks making it easy for everyone in your party to come and go from the beach, shopping, restaurants safely as you wish. I can’t recommend this beautiful, comfortable home enough for your getaway to Seaside. AKA “Pleasantville! You will definitely want to come back and make more life long memories here! ENJOY your stay at SIMPLICITY!

Amazing property. So much more than other rentals we have had in the past. Homeowners have provided top of the line furnishings and have provided not only the necessary amenities, but unanticipated needs as well. In short, it felt like home. Wonderful vacation in a beautiful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Seaside. It was perfectly located next to the chapel that allowed for easy access to Seaside beaches, shopping and dining. The home was well stocked, very clean and had everything we needed! It was a perfect getaway with friends and we hope to rent Simplicity again on our next trip to the beach!

What a fantastic property! We have been coming to Seaside for years and this has been one of our favorite places to stay! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We LOVED the outdoor sitting area and the porch! Location was great - walkable to everything and yet very quiet. We highly recommend Simplicity and the Homeowner's Collection!

Simplicity Cottage in Seaside was a delight! We can not say enough great things about it! The location was terrific, so close to shops and restaurants. The beach was just a quick walk. The bikes that were provided were such a treat for when we wanted to venture out of Seaside a bit. Thank you for the welcome basket and all of the items that were provided for our stay - it made our trip so smooth! We loved the cottage so much - it was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back!
