Designed with comfort and style in mind, Simplicity offers multiple outdoor living spaces, including two open-air porches—upstairs and downstairs—and a lighted side deck with Adirondack seating for five, ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or evening relaxation under the stars. Designated parking ensures convenience from the moment you arrive.

Step inside to a spacious living area featuring a plush sofa, four club chairs, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for family movie nights or catching the big game. Adjacent to the living space is a large wooden farmhouse dining table with seating for eight beneath two elegant chandeliers, creating a warm and inviting setting for shared meals. The fully renovated kitchen is a chef’s dream, with stainless steel appliances, a double-door Sub-Zero fridge, stone countertops, and upscale cookware, making family cooking a pleasure.

The first floor offers two bedrooms sharing a stylishly updated hall bath. The primary bedroom features a king bed with dresser and dual nightstands, while the second bedroom is a custom-built bunk room with a double-over-double bunk bed and a mounted TV—perfect for kids. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have private ensuite baths. The third bedroom boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in shower with rain showerhead, and a small closet. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, club chair, dual nightstands, and a private bath with marble vanity and tub/shower combination.

A second large open-air porch upstairs offers seating for two and a charming swing overlooking Forest Street and the side yard. For kids and teens, a spiral staircase leads to the enclosed bonus tower—an exciting movie and game room with three bean bag chairs, a PS4 game station, and a variety of games, making it the perfect hideaway for rainy days or downtime.

This five star home is our absolute favorite and the location could not get any better. It’s located doors away from the sweet Chapel and a short beautiful walk to the post office, shops, restaurants, food trucks, beach, etc. This home is great for hanging out with family and the beds are super comfy. When SEASIDE is on my mind SIMPLICITY is where I am staying.

This Simply Beautiful home is perfect for our girls trip, and our family trip to Seaside! It’s located a few doors down from the sweetest Seaside chapel where we got to see wedding guests arrive out our kitchen window on one of our stays. It is such a beautifully decorated well appointed house located in a convenient, yet quiet, safe street. It’s close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, yet far enough to be quiet, safe, and private. Everything you could want is within a couple blocks making it easy for everyone in your party to come and go from the beach, shopping, restaurants safely as you wish. I can’t recommend this beautiful, comfortable home enough for your getaway to Seaside. AKA “Pleasantville! You will definitely want to come back and make more life long memories here! ENJOY your stay at SIMPLICITY!

Amazing property. So much more than other rentals we have had in the past. Homeowners have provided top of the line furnishings and have provided not only the necessary amenities, but unanticipated needs as well. In short, it felt like home. Wonderful vacation in a beautiful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Seaside. It was perfectly located next to the chapel that allowed for easy access to Seaside beaches, shopping and dining. The home was well stocked, very clean and had everything we needed! It was a perfect getaway with friends and we hope to rent Simplicity again on our next trip to the beach!
