An adjacent open-air front porch adds even more outdoor living space, offering two chaise loungers overlooking 30A, ideal for quiet mornings with coffee or unwinding at sunset.

The king primary bedroom offers its own private entry from the side deck, creating an added layer of convenience and privacy. A second queen bedroom is located just down the hall, and both rooms share a newly renovated full bathroom. For added comfort and ease during your stay, the cottage includes mounted TVs in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a pole-mounted charcoal grill for relaxed coastal cookouts.
