Inviting Outdoor Living & Seamless Indoor Flow

A welcoming front porch faces iconic Highway 30A, offering a peaceful place to relax and watch the rhythm of Seaside life pass by. Just off the porch, a private outdoor shower leads directly into a convenient mudroom outfitted with a stand-alone ice maker and full-size washer and dryer—perfect after a day at the beach. A second side porch overlooks charming East Ruskin Street, creating another cozy space for morning coffee or evening breezes.

Inside, the first-floor living area is warm and inviting, featuring beautiful hardwood floors, coastal-inspired furnishings, and an open layout that encourages conversation and connection.

First-Floor King Suites with Private Baths

The main level hosts three beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Second-Floor Living, Dining & Chef’s Kitchen

Ascend the stunning wood staircase to the second floor, where a half bath is conveniently located on the landing. Upstairs, an additional living area opens to outdoor living space and features comfortable seating and a television—perfect for casual lounging or evening gatherings. The adjacent outdoor area includes a mounted flat-screen TV, creating an inviting setting for open-air entertainment under the stars.

The heart of the home is the expansive dining and kitchen space. A large dining table seats up to 12 guests, ideal for shared meals and celebrations. Slo Mocean also offers the option to rent the detached guest cottage, Seasuite, located just off the stone pathway from the main home. This private cottage features a queen bedroom and full bath on the first floor, with an upstairs sitting area and kitchenette showcasing stunning glass tile inlaid countertops. A washer and dryer are included within the unit, making Seasuite an ideal addition for couples, guests, or extended family seeking a bit more privacy.

* 7-night Saturday to Saturday minimum Summer, 5-night minimum Spring & Spring Break; 3-night minimum for Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.   Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

The beautiful house comfortably fit all 8 of us. It was so easy to get to the beach in minutes and the great Seaside food selections. We barely needed our cars once we arrived. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a large group stay for the Christmas holiday. The house accommodated us very well. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge space and a wonderful grill with smoker. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed our Slow Mocean vacation to the max! From the layout of the home, to the location to the beach and Town Square and of course the Florida sunshine. We highly recommend this property, very nice home with quick responses from Homeowners Collection during our stay. Only negative is when we went to book the same week next year it was already booked. Feel we should have the opportunity to book, 12 months out is reasonable, not 18.

GreatOnly problem was teenagers roaming at night and yelling right in front of the house. This went on for what seemed like hours. Only on Friday night did we see security to move along. Additionally bicycles are a on the walking path are not careful and ride much too fast.Traffic! As usual.
