Tucked away on quiet Venice Circle in Seaside’s newer residential area, Southern Comfort offers a serene setting just moments from the community playgrounds and swimming pools. Shielded from traffic and noise, this expansive six-bedroom cottage is ideal for large families, multi-generational gatherings, and celebratory escapes—comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests, with private bathrooms for nearly every bedroom.

From bridal showers and bachelorette weekends to anniversaries, family reunions, and beach vacations, this home is perfectly suited for meaningful moments together. With 2,600 square feet of interior living space, every detail reflects the owner’s passion for craftsmanship, comfort, and timeless style.

The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen and den, where up to 14 guests can comfortably gather. The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances—including a classic AGA-style stove—ample prep space, and seamless flow into the living area with a gas fireplace. French doors open onto a shaded porch, extending the living space outdoors and creating the perfect setting for relaxed conversation or evening cocktails.

Thoughtful Bedroom Layout Across Three Levels

Southern Comfort offers a flexible bedroom configuration designed for privacy and ease:

• First Floor: A queen bedroom with a private bath, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
• Second Floor: A spacious king primary bedroom with room for a baby crib, a second queen bedroom, and a conveniently located full washer and dryer.
• Third Floor: Two private suites—one king and one queen—plus a connected bunk and sitting room that sleeps four, complete with a half bath. This layout is especially well suited for families with young children.

Each bedroom serves as its own peaceful retreat, featuring comfortable seating, generous storage, and direct access to either a balcony or covered porch.

• 2 parking passes are issued for two-bedroom and larger homes. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
