‘Southern Exposure’ is a true beachfront gem, located in Seaside, Florida on two beachfront private lots. Here, guests can enjoy a relaxing vacation at a private, peaceful hideaway, featuring beautiful views of the gulf and much more. Upon arrival, guests can park at a private off-street driveway for two and spy an outdoor living area situated on a private lot positioned at the front of the home. This area serves as a great spot to commune or unwind, offering a garden like setting, as well as comfortable Adirondack seating for four surrounded by lush greenery. Seeing this sight as you walk up to the entry door is the picture perfect ‘Welcome to Seaside’, view. ‘Southern Exposure’ provides multiple incredible porches and outdoor areas complete with outdoor dining and beachfront chaise loungers.

 Looking to the front of the home, the side yard provides two more additional outdoor escapes with Adirondack seating for four. Enter the first story, where you will find the 3 bedrooms down each with ensuite bathrooms. The first is a king primary suite with a mounted flat screen TV, a renovated private bathroom with dual vanities, as well as a large, glass enclosed walk-in shower with rain shower head.

This king suite features its own private porch via double doors with Adirondack seating for two and slight gulf views through the vegetation of the dunes.  This is the prime location for your morning coffee as you listen to the waves crashing and feel the ocean breezes.  The second bedroom down has another king.  This king has a large mounted flat screen TV, a large closet, and an adjacent full hall bathroom with a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The third bedroom down is a queen with a flat screen mounted TV, a large closet, ensuite bathroom, and its own small open-air deck with outdoor seating and adjacent Adirondack seating for two. The newly added private bathroom has a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk-in shower.

The second story offers a combined open floor plan and fantastic outdoor spaces with breathtaking gulf views. A recently renovated kitchen has a large center quartz island with bar seating for three and serves as a great entertaining space. The updated kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and a large double door fridge.  The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four and is located next to access to the spacious, incredible wrap-around side porch with additional outdoor dining. This gem of an outdoor area features dining al fresco under the stars for five and two chaise loungers, paired with sweeping views of the gulf and the most incredible sunsets.  Back inside and beachfront is the living room with incredible gulf views. This living room has ample seating for all with two sofas and club chairs for two more. There is a large mounted flat screen TV if you can take yourself away from the gulf views! Half bath on this level too. Enjoy the 4th of July or NYE fireworks from your private beachfront balcony.  With multiple outdoor spaces and sweeping gulf front views you have the prime Southern Exposure location!

Location makes this cottage a perfect vacation spot. With all the amenities and 15 steps to the beach access and half a block walk to all the food, wine and stores you need. Everyone has whatever they look for when vacationing. Will return again!

The property and beach were perfect. Despite adjacent downtown Seaside being overrun with loud hordes of unsupervised teenagers, we were still able to enjoy a private and (somewhat) quiet spring break thanks to the property. If we come back, we probably wont return during Atlanta week.

We were able to stay at the beautiful home right on the beach during the Wine Festival at Seaside. The upstairs porch became my favorite morning and evening spot for amazing views. The home was very comfortable with everything you could need for 2 or for 6. Southern Exposure is my new favorite and am already planning to come back.

We've been to Seaside quite a few times, but never have stayed on the ocean side. Loved waking up to an ocean view. Everything was very neat and clean. We will try to book Southern Exposure again our next trip.

This home was so amazing! Ive stayed in a ton of vacation homes and this is one of my favorites. So cozy and clean. The decor and style was so cute! The best view and breakfast:dinner area outside on the side balcony. I would go back!
