A cheerful pink front door sets the tone, welcoming guests onto a spacious front porch complete with outdoor dining, a picnic table, Adirondack seating for two, and views of a private side yard with a charcoal grill—perfect for relaxed afternoons and casual evenings.

Bright, Open Living with a Fully Renovated Kitchen

Inside, the first floor offers an airy, open-concept layout designed for gathering. The living area features stylish new furnishings, including two designer sofas, two club chairs, and a centrally located flat-screen TV ideal for movie nights after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a dining space with a large table for six, highlighted by a beautiful statement chandelier.

The second floor expands the home’s comfort with two king bedrooms and a thoughtfully designed built-in twin bunk nook. With its ideal location, wide-open views, and welcoming design, this Seaside vacation home continues to be a favorite for families returning year after year.

 *5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $175 pet fee, for four-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.

We had an incredible stay with the Homeowners Collection in Seaside, FL! Our home, Southern Splendor, was nothing short of amazing—immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and full of cozy charm. The location couldnt have been better—just a short stroll to both the beach and the Seaside town square. It was the perfect spot to enjoy everything Seaside has to offer.We did need to reach out to the management team during our stay, and they were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and professional. Any questions we had were handled quickly and with care, which gave us total peace of mind.We loved every moment and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Southern Splendor over spring break and loved it! The home was beautiful and very clean. Its in a great location for quiet but easy access to the town and the beach. All of the amenities were lovely. The property rental group was very responsive. Overall a wonderful stay!

Our family of 9 LOVED our stayin this cottage! 3 bedrooms and 3 roomy bathrooms were perfect for us! The kids loved the bunkroom and the tower room upstairs! The location was just a quick walk to the beach and the town! The property was clean and decorated with lots of fun artwork! The porches were so inviting to relax on! Homeowner's communicated with us many times to see if there was anything they could do for us! Highly recommend staying here!
