Southern Splendor offers comfort, hospitality, and a beautiful vacation oasis for you, your family, your friends, and even your four-legged pet. This Seaside, Florida vacation home features a fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating and a gas stove for cooking up local seafood and farmers' market finds during your stay. The living and dining areas offer direct access to both screened-in and open porches that will have you enjoying breezes and relaxing during your beach getaway.

The first floor of Southern Splendor has a queen bedroom that features a private entryway to the front porch and hall bath. On the second floor of the home, you will find the primary king bedroom. The primary suite features a private full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and access to your very own screened-in balcony. A queen bedroom and hall bath with an exquisite claw-foot tub can also be found on the second floor. An additional seating area with a TV, an open alcove (that is the perfect play area for children), and a built-in set of bunk beds complete the second floor.

Southern Splendor also has a third floor with an open tower room, two twin beds, and a small balcony that offers stunning panoramic views of Seaside and slight gulf views.  The small balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset, as your family sleeps in and enjoys all of the comforts of Southern Splendor. From the ability to bring your pet with you on vacation (for a non-refundable pet fee of $275.00), to the amazing amenities and wide-open views, Southern Splendor truly lives up to its name. This beautiful vacation home is the perfect spot to make new memories and enjoy every moment of your stay in Seaside, Florida.

Our family of 9 LOVED our stayin this cottage! 3 bedrooms and 3 roomy bathrooms were perfect for us! The kids loved the bunkroom and the tower room upstairs! The location was just a quick walk to the beach and the town! The property was clean and decorated with lots of fun artwork! The porches were so inviting to relax on! Homeowner's communicated with us many times to see if there was anything they could do for us! Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time at the house and Homeowners was very helpful, recommending restaurants for our anniversary and even an urgent care for stitches. The primary shower situation is not great and water collects on the tub deck (stitches UNrelated). But other than that, the house is very comfortable and inviting. Its our favorite of the three houses weve stayed in. We would definitely stay there again!
