This professionally designed and just renovated luxury cottage by the renowned Tracery Interiors of Rosemary Beach FL is in the best location in Seaside, only three blocks away from the white sandy beaches and it is just steps away from the shaded family and adult pool, children’s playground, tennis courts, croquet lawn and fitness center.

Splendor in the Sand is a beautifully appointed luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage featuring two king primary bedrooms with renovated ensuite bathrooms. There are two comfortable living spaces and a pristine chef’s kitchen that features a Viking gas range, a large custom, built in refrigerator, plenty of storage, and a large, beautiful marble island with seating for seven for the perfect entertaining space.  The kitchen seamlessly transitions into the main living area, which is adorned with beautiful beamed ceilings, smart TV, designer sectional, blinds, and drapes.

Two generously sized primary bedrooms include two king-size beds, Peacock Alley linens, and complete with brand new spa-like ensuite bathrooms. The upstairs primary has a full-size Murphy bed for extra guests and a full-size washer and dryer.  The third bedroom has a custom built-in queen bed, two bunk beds and also features an ensuite new bathtub and shower.  The outdoor living space is conveniently located off the kitchen and has a new gas grill and a high-top table and chairs. 

From sipping your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs, to riding bikes throughout the neighborhood, to entertainment in the Seaside Amphitheater, and our pristine, private beaches, it is the perfect place for your family vacation destination!

Three generation family had a great week at Splendor in the Sand! Parents and kiddos downstairs in king and bunk rooms with two baths and separate tv area. Grands upstairs in king en suite with kitchen, living area. Great island for meals and kid arts projects. Nice front porch. One block from playground and family pool. Four blocks from seaside downtown for coffee and muffins daily. Rental agency very communicative and helpful. Great week all around!

We loved the house, the location and the beach access. Your company was always courteous and helpful. Depending on group size year yo year I would be happy to pick Splendor in the Sand each trip. Question, my daughter loved the lamp in the downstairs master. Any idea where it was purchased?Until next year, ......

It was beautiful and quiet cottage away from the community center. The front porch is absolutely gorgeous with the rocking chairs to have our morning coffee. The blinds need some TLC. That is why there is a 4/5 stars. Definitely get your exercise in this house, since the living space and kitchen are upstairs and 2 bedrooms are downstairs. There is a beautiful master bedroom upstairs with a washer and dryer. The cottage was clean. The Beds were comfortable. We will be back. =)
