The open living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen serve as the heart of the home, accented by elegant fixtures and Seaside-inspired artwork. Step outside to the front or side porch for additional outdoor living, or take advantage of the conveniently located half bath. Also on this level is one of two spacious primary suites, complete with a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to a furnished porch — a perfect private retreat.

With four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, The Station comfortably accommodates families and groups while offering a layout that balances shared spaces with private retreats. Ideally located just minutes from the West Side pool, Seaside’s private beaches, and the vibrant downtown area, this cottage places you close to shopping, dining, and entertainment while maintaining a tranquil residential feel.

The Station invites you to experience Seaside living at its finest — spacious, stylish, and perfectly situated for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

* 5 night minimum in Spring, Spring Break, and Summer; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
