Arrive and park in private parking via the driveway, and let the fun begin. Guests can step inside and into an open floor plan, with high ceilings, and land in the first story, offering a completely updated living space with designer furnishing throughout and luxury hardware.
The living room has white, slipcovered seating for all and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights in or a board game and wine. This level features cool and coastal vibes, as well as plenty of natural light, allowing the space to feel even more warm and inviting. A fully renovated kitchen features quartz stone countertops, a farmhouse sink, all new custom built-in cabinets, a four burner gas stove/oven, and a generously sized refrigerator perfect for family meals at home.

The living room has white, slipcovered seating for all and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights in or a board game and wine. This level features cool and coastal vibes, as well as plenty of natural light, allowing the space to feel even more warm and inviting. The adjacent dining space has bench seating and chairs, with plenty of space to accommodate six. There is the adjacent first bedroom down, a queen with a daybed sofa to sleep one more, a large mounted flat screen TV, storage, privacy doors, and is located in close proximity to a renovated shared full bath with a tub/shower combo.

Head up the staircase to land in an upper loft that overlooks the first level, featuring a twin daybed for any additional guests to have their own, private space. The second bedroom up is the queen primary suite featuring plenty of space and an ensuite renovated full bath. The queen bedroom is keenly separated with a barn door to maximize space and storage. The bedroom features a dresser, a private large mounted flat screen TV, and its own private balcony. The balcony features seating for two with a slight gulf view, the perfect spot to catch sunsets over the town and treetops. The ensuite primary bath has a single vanity and a large glass enclosed walk-in shower with a rain head.

Off the rear porch is the sought-after outdoor retreat. This open-air porch has comfortable sofa lounge seating and an additional bistro dining table for four for dining al fresco. This porch area is ideal for enjoying a meal outdoors while overlooking the shaded and peaceful yard and paths, or to sip on morning coffee over a good book. The house was immaculate and every detail taken care of. Everything worked, was clean, and was exactly as described. The house was convenient to everything and included two parking spots. Communication from owners was excellent.

We just finished a wonderful vacation at Sunny Bunny in Seaside! We have been coming to 30A for many years and are so excited to stay inside the Seaside town limits this time. What a location!!! Right by the beach and a very quick walk to the town center where the shops and restaurants are. This home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed! We cannot wait to come back in the spring and stay at Sunny Bunny!
