New to our rental program, this airy, designer-decorated cottage promises a refreshing and relaxing Seaside getaway with unbeatable proximity to the Gulf and town amenities.

Upon arrival, enjoy the ease of private driveway parking before stepping into a bright, open-concept first floor with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Soft coastal tones and designer finishes create a space that feels both elevated and inviting.

The house was immaculate and every detail taken care of. Everything worked, was clean, and was exactly as described. The house was convenient to everything and included two parking spots. Communication from owners was excellent.

We just finished a wonderful vacation at Sunny Bunny in Seaside! We have been coming to 30A for many years and are so excited to stay inside the Seaside town limits this time. What a location!!! Right by the beach and a very quick walk to the town center where the shops and restaurants are. This home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed! We cannot wait to come back in the spring and stay at Sunny Bunny!
