The large, fenced-in wooden deck provides a private outdoor setting with Adirondack seating for two, creating an inviting spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or an evening drink while listening to the nearby Gulf waves. Guests also have access to a shared charcoal grill and an outdoor rain shower, making beach days even more convenient.

The first level features a newly renovated and expanded king bedroom with all-new designer furnishings. Custom built-in storage surrounds the bed and includes integrated reading lights, while a mounted flat-screen TV with YouTube TV provides easy entertainment. The completely renovated bathroom features a marble vanity and a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in shower with both a rain showerhead and handheld shower wand, creating a fresh, spa-inspired space to relax after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the newly expanded main living level features a bright, open-concept design with a brand-new designer kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with new dishware, cookware, and essential kitchen supplies for preparing meals at the home. Please note: the kitchen does not include a full-size oven.
