Sunrise is a charming cottage ideally located just four houses from the beach on East Ruskin Street and only half a block from the Seaside Amphitheater. This prime location puts guests just steps from the beach and within walking distance of over 35 shopping and dining options in Seaside Central Square, including Air Stream Row, the Seaside Amphitheater, and Modica’s Gourmet Grocery. The one-bedroom guest cottage is perfect for small families, offering a sleeper sofa and accommodating up to four guests.

Upon arrival, guests will park and stroll down a Seaside footpath to reach the entry door. A standout feature of the cottage is its large, fenced-in wooden deck, located just off the front entrance. The deck is equipped with outdoor dining for four, making it an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or dine al fresco under the stars. Inside, the first level features a newly renovated king bedroom (new pics to come), complete with a private full bathroom that includes a spacious shower. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located nearby.

Up a set of stairs, the open living area awaits. The kitchen, while lacking a dishwasher and oven, is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a fridge, freezer drawers, microwave, coffee pot, and a two-burner electric stove top. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table for two, and the cozy living room includes a sleeper sofa for two additional guests, a large flat-screen TV, and a Juliette balcony that offers lovely views of the rear yard and sandy footpath.

Outside, off the front porch, guests can enjoy a private charcoal grill for use. For those seeking additional space, please note that Sunrise is the guesthouse to the popular Seaside property, A Beautiful Day! For more information on the main house, please check out the link.

While this cottage does not have a designated parking space, guests will receive one parking pass from the Seaside Town Council for use in common street parking on East Ruskin Street. Come experience the beauty of Seaside, FL, at the delightful 'Sunrise' beach cottage!
