Sunrise is a perfectly situated cottage just 4 houses to the beach on East Ruskin Street and only a 1/2 block to the Seaside Amphitheater. A. perfect location just steps to the beach and over 35 shopping and dining options in Seaside Central Square. (steps to Air Stream Row, Seaside Amphitheater, and Modica's Gourmet Grocery). This one-bedroom guest cottage is perfect for small families with a sleeper sofa, sleeping four in total.

Guests can expect to arrive and park, then travel down a Seaside footpath to locate the entry door. The true gem of the home sits off the front entrance, a fenced-in large wooden deck area complete with outdoor dining for four, the perfect spot for morning coffee or dining al fresco under a star-lit sky. Step inside to the the first level, which offers a newly refurbished queen bedroom, paired with its own private, full bathroom with a large shower, which lives next to a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Meander up a set of stairs to find an open living area. The kitchen has most of the modern conveniences but lacks a dishwasher and oven. The updated efficiency kitchen does have a fridge, freezer drawers, microwave, coffee pot, and two burner electric stove top. Adjacent is a dining area featuring a dining table for two. Adjacent is the living room, with a sleeper sofa for two more, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and a Juliette balcony with views of the rear yard and sandy footpath.

Off the front porch and outdoor dining is a private charcoal grill for use.

This cottage does not have a designated parking space but comes with 1 (one) parking pass issued from the Seaside Town Council to use common street parking on East Ruskin St. Come experience Seaside FL at the glorious, 'Sunrise' beach cottage.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration

Booked for a last minute getaway. The location was PERFECT - I cant imagine a better spot to be. Wonderful, easy communication with management company by text before, during and after my stay. This property had a stovetop but no oven or dishwasher. That wasnt a problem for us because we had so many options within walking distance for all of our meals. Definitely would stay in SUNRISE again.

The cottage was immaculate. All of the appliances were modern, the decor was fantastic. Only 3 houses from the 30A exiting out the front and out the back is the sandy path that puts you less than a block from Seaside Town Center- perfect cottage and perfect location.
