The exterior of the cottage radiates the quintessential coastal vibe, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sun. Whether you want to explore the iconic architecture or indulge in nearby eateries and boutiques, you’re perfectly situated to enjoy it all. Guests can park in private parking down a long private driveway and walk to your guest cottage and easily unload.

Step inside and into the first level to be welcomed into an airy living area adorned with modern and coastal decor. The space is thoughtfully designed to be both functional and inviting, featuring a queen sofa sleeper for two, a flat-screen Plasma TV, and a nearby washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a renovated full bathroom complete with a walk in shower and a single vanity.

Ascend the wooden, spiral staircase to discover the stunning upper-level open king room. This space boasts a plush king-sized bed that promises restful nights and rejuvenating sleep, a Plasma flatscreen TV, and a half bath. We absolutely loved Sunsets on Savannah for our Seaside vacation. We have stayed in many one bedroom cottages along 30A and this was our favorite. It was in Seaside proper which makes such a difference when wanting to walk out to eat or shop. The private beach is excellent as well. Not nearly as crowded as Watercolor. We will definitely stay here again. The house was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better time! Thank you!
