A COMPLETE KITCHEN RENOVATION ALL NEW APPLIANCES, ALL NEW CUSTOM CABINETS AND MORE.  DOWNSTAIRS A NEW ENSUITE BATHROOM IS BEING ADDED TO A BEDROOM AND ALL BATHROOMS WILL BE RENOVATED.  THE BONUS TOWER NOW ACCESSIBLE VIA AN INTERIOR SPIRAL STAIR CASE, TOWER WILL HAVE 2 TWINS.  AVAILABLE APRIL 2025, NEW PICTURES TO COME.

Sweet Jasmine has a prime Seaside location on a large corner lot with a large private driveway for two cars all in the first block to the beach and just one block to downtown Seaside with over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance. This home has several outdoor spaces for the family to spread out and enjoy. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the large fenced yard and a charming Adirondack area with seating for five and a fountain steps from the front door.

Step inside to a foyer and Four bedrooms down on the first floor. The first bedroom is a king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and a flat-screen mounted TV. The primary bath features a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. A true treat is an open-air porch off this bedroom with a bed swing, perfect for reading an afternoon book. The second bedroom is a coastal queen with a mounted flat-screen TV that has its own private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom down is a queen with access to a full hall bath with a single vanity and a tub and shower combo bathroom. Lastly, there is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Just up the stairs, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings resides, the new completely renovated kitchen with all new appliances, new counters, new built in custom cabinets throughout (complete April 2025 and new pics to come!)  Across the way, guests can locate a dining area, featuring a dining table that seats five and faces the kitchen, making for the perfect communal spot for mealtime with friends and family. There is an adjacent kids' dining table as well for the little ones! This level of the home additionally houses a generous living space, featuring comfortable slipcover seating throughout, as well as a flatscreen TV. Just off the living space, guests can enjoy a large private balcony with a bench swing and outdoor dining for four. A butler's pantry and laundry room lives just off the kitchen for your convenience and leads to a half bath.

Make your way to a bonus, tower area via a new interior spiral staircase that accesses the enclosed tower room with two twin beds and a half bath. Sweet Jasmine was a treasure! Our family loved the setting and the home so much. The location was perfect - we could walk to everything, including the town square with all of the restaurants and shops, and the beach! The house was lovely - we all fit very well and everything was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again!
