Please note that this penthouse includes multiple staircases between levels and may not be suitable for all guests. For those seeking style, scenery, and proximity to the best of Seaside, Sweet Pea delivers an unforgettable coastal escape.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Please note: Access to the rooftop deck is via a narrow staircase located off the bedroom, which may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations.
