This chic penthouse unit is the place to experience sunrises and sunsets, with the brilliant Gulf waters located just a short stroll away from the vacation property.

Conveniently found on the third and fourth floors of the Dreamland Heights building along Central Square, the one-bedroom penthouse unit offers an extraordinary location for basking in the sunshine or enjoying the breeze coming off the water from the privacy of the rooftop deck.

The crispy white exterior of the ‘Sweet Pea’ opens up to the equally clean lines of the unit’s interior, with a pitched ceiling in the main living and adjoining dining area, creating the illusion of even more space. The comfortable sofa sleeper provides room to sleep two guests, joined by a flat-screen television, a full kitchen with stainless steel accents, and a full shower bath on the ground level.

Just outside this level, the space opens up with a balcony providing additional views of the area, along with room for sitting and soaking up some of the near year-round sunshine of Seaside. The upper level of the penthouse, meanwhile, provides enough room for a king-sized bedroom, complete with another flat-screen television.

Guests also gain access here to the private rooftop terrace, with more outdoor seating to enjoy the fantastic scenery of the surrounding Seaside. Overlooking the square, the sand, and the water, feel like royalty as you experience sweeping views and spectacular accommodations within the contemporary-styled ‘Sweet Pea’ penthouse, located in the popular destination of Seaside. This property does have multiple staircases necessary to navigate the home. Please consider this when booking.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer  and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.

  • A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit
  • No pets allowed

When we arrived and could not find parking. The hostess helped us not only find a space, but also offered to help us carry our luggage to our rental. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this vacation rental and would love to return in the future.

The vacation home was a perfect location, beautiful and well equipped with exquisite rooftop views of Seaside and the ocean. We will stay again. I will add the bathroom is very small and access to the rooftop is cumbersome; both areas would be difficult to navigate for a large person.
