This chic penthouse unit is the place to experience sunrises and sunsets, with the brilliant Gulf waters located just a short stroll away from the vacation property.

Conveniently found on the third and fourth floors of the Dreamland Heights building along Central Square, the one-bedroom penthouse unit offers an extraordinary location for basking in the sunshine or enjoying the breeze coming off the water from the privacy of the rooftop deck.

The crispy white exterior of the ‘Sweet Pea’ opens up to the equally clean lines of the unit’s interior, with a pitched ceiling in the main living and adjoining dining area, creating the illusion of even more space. The comfortable sofa sleeper provides room to sleep two guests, joined by a flat-screen television, a full kitchen with stainless steel accents, and a full shower bath on the ground level.

Just outside this level, the space opens up with a balcony providing additional views of the area, along with room for sitting and soaking up some of the near year-round sunshine of Seaside. The upper level of the penthouse, meanwhile, provides enough room for a king-sized bedroom, complete with another flat-screen television.

Guests also gain access here to the private rooftop terrace, with more outdoor seating to enjoy the fantastic scenery of the surrounding Seaside. Overlooking the square, the sand, and the water, feel like royalty as you experience sweeping views and spectacular accommodations within the contemporary-styled ‘Sweet Pea’ penthouse, located in the popular destination of Seaside. This property does have multiple staircases necessary to navigate the home. Please consider this when booking.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer  and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.

  • A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

When we arrived and could not find parking. The hostess helped us not only find a space, but also offered to help us carry our luggage to our rental. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this vacation rental and would love to return in the future.

Had a great time. In our case, my wife is not mobile and we were not able to get out as much as we wanted to. The area is excellent and peaceful. Because of the difficulty in walking, I wanted a place close to the "action." Sweet Pea was perfect for that although the room is small as indicated in the promotional info. We're going back!

Pros - amazing location - close to everything, rooftop patio had beautiful views, cute decor, free bike rentals, easy beach access, very helpful guest servicesCons -parking was difficult - wish each condo had a parking spot-condo was overall clean, but they missed a few areas-toilet seat was broken -back door blinds broken so it was hard to get in and out -shower is insanely smallOverall, a wonderful experience and would 100% book again

We stayed 3 nights and loved the location. It is a tight little space, but has everything you need. Bathroom is beyond tiny and stairs are a little scary with the angled steps, but it was a wonderful weekend.

Nice location above the shops on the square in Seaside. End unit, very small, but works for 2 people. Just steps to beach/restaurants. Street noise can be heard most all the time. Property was clean, kitchen had great appliances. The view from the roof is wonderful-great spot for morning coffee/evening sunset, BUT tricky to get up there- Be cautious.Table and chairs on roof need attention - wooden and falling apart. Shower is crazy tiny! You need a step stool to reach the hanging bar in the bedroom closet. We took advantage of the bikes to bike the path up and down 30A, went to the pool one afternoon, and took pickle ball lessons at the tennis club. Workout room had top equipment. Parking was not a problem for us at the back of the building. We would recommend this property. Modeca Market is great-good coffee! Good food @ food trucks, Great Southern Cafe, Cafe 30A, Bud & Allie's upper deck, Surfing Deer all good restaurants.

Beautiful, clean condo and amazing ocean views on the deck

This is a perfect Seaside condo that had amazing views of the ocean from the two decks. The location is in the best and in the middle of all the Seaside fun! It was very easy to arrive because of the elevator. The staff made check-in and out very easy! The condo was beautifully decorated with relaxing colors and extremely clean! We could tell the moment we walked in it smelled wonderful and was very clean and in great condition! The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The bath products and towels were great! The bed and pillows were new, comfy, and clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck and having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We had the best view of dolphins, sting rays, and the sunrise and sunsets with the ocean waves. We love this condo! This is an amazing condo in the ideal location!ThanksSuzy Treece

The vacation home was a perfect location, beautiful and well equipped with exquisite rooftop views of Seaside and the ocean. We will stay again. I will add the bathroom is very small and access to the rooftop is cumbersome; both areas would be difficult to navigate for a large person.

We arrived the same week Hurricane Michael came through. We were part of a mandatory evacuation but was able to return later that week when power was restored. Lisa was very accommodating to us and credited our nights missed. We enjoy being in Seaside so much and plan to come back again, as we do every spring and/or fall. Thanks Lisa
