Please note that this penthouse includes multiple staircases between levels and may not be suitable for all guests. For those seeking style, scenery, and proximity to the best of Seaside, Sweet Pea delivers an unforgettable coastal escape.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Booking with homeowners collection is the way to go. From the time I booked our trip till the time we left they always reached out to make sure we were good or if we needed anything. Sweet pea was an amazing place to stay. The views were unreal. Cant say enough good about to would highly recommend using Homeowners Collections.

This was a perfect loft for my wife and I on a long weekened away. The location is right in the middle of everything without begin "in it". The roof top patio was awesome with incredible views of Seaside, the Gulf, and sunset. We would certainly stay again. The hosts were great and very responsive too.

Had a great time. In our case, my wife is not mobile and we were not able to get out as much as we wanted to. The area is excellent and peaceful. Because of the difficulty in walking, I wanted a place close to the "action." Sweet Pea was perfect for that although the room is small as indicated in the promotional info. We're going back!
