The living space flows seamlessly into a spacious dining area with seating for eight, complemented by a breakfast bar for four just across the way. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for easy family meals. Just off the kitchen, a screened-in furnished porch overlooks the side yard and includes a hammock—an inviting spot for afternoon lounging or morning coffee.

The first floor hosts a queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, offering convenient access and privacy. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await:

• A custom bunk room featuring three built-in twin bunks, sleeping up to six guests

Teacher’s Lounge offers multiple outdoor spaces designed for enjoying Seaside’s sunshine, including first- and second-story balconies, an outdoor shower, and a charcoal grill conveniently located off the downstairs porch. Guests also enjoy on-site washer and dryer, plus access to Seaside’s fitness center, swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
