With timeless appeal, the spacious ‘Timeless’ cottage enjoys a spectacular location and gracious features. With southern-style hospitality in check, the large cottage is adorned with both a first and second floor porch spanning the entire front of the home, with room for outdoor dining, sitting, swings and rockers for enjoying the views.

The inside of the home offers up the gracefulness of a first-floor sitting area with built-ins, along with a ground-level, king primary bedroom, complete with a private shower bath, dual vanities, and a fireplace. Matching first-floor bedrooms each offers up space for dual twin beds, joined by a Jack and Jill bath.

Heading up to the second floor, the cottage opens up to a comfortable living room with a fireplace and flat-screen television. Basking in plentiful natural light from the oversized windows, the space also includes a well-appointed kitchen leading out to a side balcony for more outdoor space and dining. Back inside, there’s also a large, and more formal, dining table that seats ten guests and a second-floor, queen bedroom with a full bath.

Up another spiral staircase emerges the cozy loft-style area, furnished with a daybed for convenience. Just a couple of steps up again is the open, third level tower deck, providing the perfect space for catching a sunrise or a sunset over Seaside.

With a convenient address that puts the cottage just across from the Westside swimming pool, the ‘Timeless’ is also close to the many amenities of Seaside, including multiple pools, a fitness center and tennis courts. As well, the property serves as the main house to the guesthouse of ’Time Out of Time’, giving visitors the option of renting out the properties separately, or together, for more privacy and room for larger families.  

* Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.

Perfect Family Week in Seaside

My family has been to Seaside for about 7-8 years. Every visit has been perfect. Homeowner's Collection always has the houses ready to go and absolutely beautiful! Timeless and Time Out of Time are a great location for a family as the kids can ride their bikes around the circle as we sit on the front porch. Not a heavy traffic area and not within hearing distance of the 30A noise, this is our happy place. We also have the swimming pool across the street which is the stopping place on the way back from the beach. If we are going to the beach - we are going to Seaside!

We rented Timeless and Time after Time and it gave our family of 11 plenty of room. The house was beautiful—very comfortable and clean. The casita gave our family with a baby some quiet space for naps. The outdoor porches are huge and have lots of seating/eating options. The location could not be more perfect. It is tucked back on a dead end street so is quiet and kids can play outside safely. The very short and easy walk to the Odessa Pavilion was nice. We always use Cabana Man for our chairs and though expensive its so nice to have good chairs and umbrellas waiting for us on the beach. The bikes provided were used by kids to bike around neighborhood. We took advantage of everything in Seaside Circle. Our favorite stop as soon as we land is Georges in Alys Beach. All of the spots in Seaside to eat are fabulous. Bud & Alleys always. Great Southern Cafe, even Modica Market! We tried Black Bear Bread for first time and its awesome! Homeowners Collection was great about dropping by items we had run out of. That was such a help. Just cant say enough good things about everything!!! Its why Seaside is always our first choice when staying on 30A. We will definitely stay at this house again and MOST definitely use Homeowners Collection again
