COMPLETELY RENOVATED KITCHEN, ALL BATHROOMS, AND NEW FURNITURE!

Bright and cheery, the ‘Toes In The Water’ cottage celebrates a fantastic location and ultra-comfortable accommodations. This three-bedroom, three-bath exceptional vacation property is the perfect beach getaway, with a welcoming open front porch, featuring lounge seating for two leading to the inside of the residence.

The first level of the vacation cottage is home to two bedrooms, one king primary bedroom and one king guest bedroom.  The newly furnished king primary features a dresser for storage and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.  A sliding barn door leads to the recently remodeled primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.  The second bedroom also features a king bed, an oversized dresser, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV.  Attached to this bedroom is another full bathroom featuring an all-new tub/shower combo for a modern bathroom feel. Guests will appreciate the full-sized washer and dryer located in the laundry closet at the base of the first-floor staircase.

The home's second level is where you’ll find open floorplan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The newly furnished living room, with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, plenty of built-ins, and large windows, opens up the cottage to an influx of natural light. The freshly updated, well-equipped kitchen is also on this level of the home, complete with modern stainless appliances, a Subzero refrigerator, and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen also features a new island with bartop seating for six guests. Just outside of the living area is a screened-in balcony complete with outdoor dining for six! 

Up another level to the third floor, emerges a bunk bed with a twin bed over queen-sized bed, situated in an open loft. Surrounded by windows, the space also includes a television and leads out to a fanciful open air tower complete with bar seating for two that features the most incredible gulf views and sunsets as well as panoramic Seaside town views.  

For those evenings spent at home, the cottage also includes a pole-mounted grill for family meals, and for post-beach cleanup, the home offers an outdoor shower.  Mere steps away from the Westside swimming pool, the ‘Toes In The Water’ is also close to all of the town’s other amenities, from the numerous tennis and pickleball courts to the other swimming pools and the fitness center.  

* Please be advised that some exterior areas of this home are under video surveillance with a Ring doorbell. 

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We loved the beautiful 3 story rental. The beach home was stunning and the decor and furnishing were outstanding. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy a game of Blackjack while a rainstorm that blew through.

Enjoyed staying at Toes. Newly renovated-very clean and fully stocked with excellent appliances and all you need to enjoy a good meal while away from home. Good location and beds were comfortable. One of our favorite homes to stay in at Seaside.

Great property and great service by management company.Everything was great. 4th year in seaside. This is my favorite property. All new updates and clean new quality everything. Not your typical rental with garbage utensils, pots, pans, etc.Minor Point:Need full length mirror in Master.

House was better than I was expecting. Furnishings are very nice and comfortable. House is very well maintained. Kitchen was adequately stocked for simple or fancy dinners. Very easy walk to the beach, the square and the pool. Management company was very friendly and pleasant to work with. We experienced no problems but I felt like they would have been responsive if I did have a problem. Welcome bag was a special touch!

Toes in the Water is a stunning home and so comfortable to just relax, from the front porch to the screened in dining area. The birds nest tower was so awesome to see gulf views and have breakfast or happy hour.! We actually were moved to Toes in the Water after our first house had construction going on, and Im SO THANKFUL we got this house. Lots of space to relax and the bed was super comfy. We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful home, short walk to the beach was a plus. Thanks to Homeowners Collection for helping us out and making our vacation experience a fantastic one, they are first class. Would definitely stay here again!❤️

Toes in the water is all you could want from a vacation home. The home interior was gorgeous, very clean and equipped with comfortable furniture including cozy beds. The renovations were beyond expectation. The home was beautifully appointed with nearly everything accounted for. Easy access to the beach, neighborhood pool and town while preserving some quiet. Convenient parking. The kids loved the tower bunk room. The only disappointment was a lack of outdoor furniture on screened porch and tower balcony but we made good use of the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a beautiful place to pass some time with the ones you love.
