The first floor offers three beautifully renovated bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The queen primary suite features a charming sitting area, a double-sided fireplace, two flat-screen TVs, and a fully renovated marble ensuite bath with a double vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
Also on this level is a double guest bedroom that shares a newly renovated hall bathroom with a single vanity and a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in shower. At the front of the home, a queen bedroom enjoys its own ensuite bath with a single vanity, glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and an oversized luxurious rain shower head. Double doors open to a covered porch with lounge seating—an ideal spot for an afternoon read or quiet retreat.

Upstairs, the second floor opens to a chic living room furnished with two large, comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV. Just off the living area, a screened porch provides a relaxing outdoor lounge with two sofas and a club chair—perfect for morning coffee while listening to the waves roll in.
Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with seating for six, leading into a completely renovated, magazine-worthy kitchen. Surrounded by windows with stunning views of coastal dunes, lush vegetation, and glimpses of the Gulf, the kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, and a large center island with seating for two—a favorite gathering spot for guests. A convenient half bath and stackable washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Also on the second floor, an expanded outdoor deck offers outdoor dining for six with incredible Gulf views, privacy curtains, and a trellis. Additional bar seating for two provides yet another place to take in the scenery, while an outdoor gas grill makes this space ideal for relaxed al fresco meals. Just steps from the Tupelo Beach Pavilion, this elevated retreat allows you to unwind to the soothing sounds of the Gulf, day or night.

Please note that from March 9th to April 6th, Toye Cottage is only available for Family Break bookings or two adult couples. Each party booking is limited to two occupants 25 years old or older and their accompanying children. All occupants are required to sign in at time of arrival as part of our normal greeting process.
