One of the original Seaside homes, this completely renovated colorful home is filled with windows to enjoy the gulf and Seaside views, not to mention porches and patios on every level!  Toye Cottage is one of those amazing beach homes you always hope to find! On the first floor, there is a newly renovated queen primary bedroom suite with a lovely sitting room, double-sided fireplace, two flat-screen TVs, and an ensuite renovated primary bath. The marble, renovated bath features a double vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower only. Also on the first floor is a second double bedroom that shares a newly renovated hall bath with a single vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower.  The third bedroom is a queen at the front of the home and has an ensuite renovated new bathroom with a single vanity, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and a large luxurious rain shower head. This queen bedroom has double doors that access the covered porch with lounge seating, a perfect escape for an afternoon book.

Upstairs, the second floor has a chic living room with two large comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV and an adjacent relaxing screened porch. This incredible outdoor porch has lounge seating for several with two sofas and a club chair, the perfect morning coffee location as you listen to the waves roll in.  Behind the living is an adjacent dining area with seating for six. Just behind the dining is a completely renovated kitchen with a large center island with seating for two, a favorite hang-out location. This magazine-ready kitchen is surrounded by windows with amazing coastal dune views surrounded in vegetation and gulf views. There are high-end stainless steel appliances throughout, a five-burner gas stove, a large farmhouse sink, and many other desirable kitchen necessities for the weekend chef.  There is also a half bath and a stackable washer and dryer on this level.

There is an expanded outdoor deck upstairs with outdoor dining for six with incredible gulf views, privacy curtains, and a trellis. This incredible outdoor deck is complete with additional bar seating for two more with gulf views and an outdoor gas grill, perfect for dining al fresco!  Up here you can relax to your heart's content, listening to the sounds of the gulf which is just steps away via the Tupelo Beach Pavilion.

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Bk, and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall, 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Please note that from March 9th to April 6th, Toye Cottage is only available for Family Break bookings or two adult couples.  Each party booking is limited to two occupants 25 years old or older and their accompanying children.  All occupants are required to sign in at time of arrival as part of our normal greeting process.

We loved our stay at Toye Cottage. The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach is very nice. We loved the books and decor throughout the house and enjoyed reading about the history of Seaside. The house is very warm and cozy. We slept great in the comfortable beds. My husband loved the seating area in the primary suite. The aquamarine color of the house is gorgeous.

This cottage is the cutest, cleanest, most convenient place that we have ever stayed! It is the perfect size, beautifully decorated, stocked with dozens of books, games, a puzzle. It has a chef’s kitchen, 3 porches (one screened in), beautiful views of the Gulf. Literal steps to the private entrance to the beach. We will be back!!
