Introducing the luxury designer home Tradewinds, never on the rental program in Seaside! This gorgeous home is located next to the Seaside Chapel and has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom with every custom detail one could imagine in a beach home.

Tradewinds sleeps eight in all and has splendid outdoor spaces, a side yard with a custom-built double swing, and an amazing spa-like outdoor shower. Upon arrival, you are greeted by an open porch at the front entrance with three rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee. The front porch overlooks your generous fenced side yard with the double swing perfect for young ones and relaxing outdoors.

Step inside and on the first floor you are greeted by the two bedrooms down and a custom built-in twin and twin trundle nook. The first bedroom is a luxurious queen primary bedroom down with a pencil post bed, a sofa lounger, luxurious linens, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The private primary bathroom is to die for. This expansive marble bathroom has a single vanity, mounted flat-screen television, a deep soaker tub, and a glass-enclosed marble walk-in shower with a rain shower head and wand. There is a door that leads to a grand enclosed outdoor shower with a rain shower head, a rain shower wand, and a custom built-in bench. This outdoor spa-like shower is the perfect spot to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

The second bedroom is an adjacent queen guest bedroom with stunning linens, a corner chair, flat-screen TV, designer furnishings throughout, and its own private bathroom. The bathroom features marble throughout, a single vanity, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a built-in bench, rain shower, and shower wand. Tucked away under the stairs is a thoughtfully designed twin bunk nook with a twin trundle. There are privacy shades for the top built-in twin, a flat-screen mounted television, recessed lighting, and the custom built-in twin trundle. This is a favorite nook for young children thoughtfully centered right between both bedrooms.
At the top of the stairs is a built-in bar area complete with a coffee bar with a top-of-the-line Mocca Master for coffee, a beverage fridge, and an ice maker that makes Sonic ice! Adjacent is the sought-after open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen. There is an incredible chef’s kitchen with a large marble center island that seats four. The kitchen is bathed in natural light with a wall of windows that overlook the sideyard and the chapel. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances; a Wolf six-burner gas stove and oven, a subzero refrigerator with an ice maker, and a deep galley sink. The dining area has a round table that expands to seat 6 to 8 comfortably. The open living room has stunning designer furnishings throughout, ample seating for all, a large mounted flat-screen television, and a queen Murphy bed. There is a half bathroom on this floor to accommodate the living areas.

The most loved space of this home is the outdoor living area off the bar area at the front of the home. This large screened-in porch has outdoor lounge seating with two sofas and two large loungers. There is a large outdoor mounted television perfect for movie nights or catching a game. The outdoor dining comfortably seats 8 overlooking the yard and the Seaside Chapel. This home is ideal for young families or two couples, and you cannot find a better location for a wedding in Seaside than this luxury home.

This place was literally perfect in every way. The location was so closebut nestled back with the woods behind it and church besideIt .The layout is utilized perfectly and doesnt feel small for a familyof 8. Our family just spent a week at the Tradewinds cottage in Seaside and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. We loved the decor and the location so much. It was so close to everything. We walked mostly everywhere but loved being able to use the complimentary bikes for those longer adventures. Thank you to the Homeowners collection for all the help in finding this home. We had such a great time. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. Thank you, we will be back!
