Same lovely experience. I wish things didnt have to be this way, but due to the age of numerous houses, much construction (with loud noise prevails). Maybe limiting this activity to the off-season would help. Much, much more non-resident traffic was noticed. I personally noticed several near-misses of pedestrian/traffic. I guess just more rules are going to have to be invoked. We still loved our experience in Tush in the Sand at the corner of Forest and Pensacola. Its a very short walk to the large West pool and a pleasant stroll to the beach through the beautiful Pensacola Pavillion. The Security staff are excellent, along with everyone else on the team.

We rented Tush in the Sand, which turned out to be perfect for us. The cottage was clean and ready to use the moment we walked in the door. What I really liked about it was the three minute walk to the beach and the five minute (or less) walk to the food trucks. The location is far enough from 30A that you don't hear the traffic or get caught in it, but close enough to everything. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. The include rental bikes were also a nice touch. And I can't say enough about the attentiveness and assistance of the Homeowners Collection team, as they quickly responded to my many questions and provided helpful advice from the beginning of the booking through the end of our stay. I will not hesitate to use them for future visits to Seaside (of which I think there will be many!).

My daughter wanted to come to seaside for her 13th birthday. She picked this cute home for the weekend. It was great and we had everything we needed. Management was very responsive and helpful. Made beautiful memories!

I would highly recommend staying with this vacation rental company. Four girlfriends that turned 50 stayed in tush in the sand. We had an overall great stay. The management staff was so helpful. The home was clean and in great shape, and the location was phenomenal! Walking distance to the beach and to the pool, two of our favorite spots. Biking and walking is a must in this town! Food shopping and fun is everything you will get! We had the concierge service of Tia Glenn and she was amazing! Helpful, attentive, and quick we were able to grab reservations, car service, Grocery delivery, and anything else our hearts desired! Hope to be back again sometime soon this was a memorable vacation to save the least!

Loved this house! Super cozy feel to the house. Enjoyed 5 nights with my husband and daughters. The second level screened in porch was a great hangout spot in the evening and the first floor porch with rockers was perfect for coffees in the morning. Just a short walk to the beach and other amenities.
