"Two for the Road" is a distinctive and modern one-bedroom condo located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building in Seaside’s Central Square. This unique unit offers sweeping views of both the town and the stunning emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Its prime location makes it the perfect spot to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer, with iconic shops and dining just steps from your door.

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy king bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a relaxing garden tub/shower combination, as well as a convenient stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

A ship’s ladder/spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, where the open living space invites you to unwind. This level includes a charming living area, a dining table for enjoying meals, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. The highlight of the second floor is the spacious balcony that overlooks Seaside’s vibrant Central Square, providing unmatched views of the town below. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the balcony offers the best seat in Seaside.

From this vantage point, you’ll have a front-row view of all the town’s landmarks—Modica Market, Seaside Style, Airstream Row, Bud & Alley’s, and more—all just steps away. If you're looking for a stylish, centrally located retreat with unbeatable views, "Two for the Road" is the perfect getaway.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Welcome tote with 2 beach towels, a complimentary bottle of wine, and 2 complimentary rental bikes included with your stay for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
* Personalized service throughout your stay and starter amenities provided
* Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit
* Parking is behind the building and there is NO assigned parking. First come first serve on parking spaces.

Last minute trip to Seaside was great. 2 for the Road was in an excellent location in the Seaside Circle. All the amenities were walkable including beach, pools, fitness center, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a couple who prefers to walk and bike.

The people at Homeowners Collection were absolutely wonderful! Responses to all of my questions and concerns. The only negative comment would be the parking situation. I was not prepared for how difficult it would be to find a spot although again, the property management company was very helpful. Great location otherwise!!

Two for the Road was a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Seaside. We loved the view of the water right from our balcony! The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Two for the Road in Seaside! We have stayed in many cottages over the years and were very impressed with this cottage's location, decor, cleanliness and space! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the Homeowner's Collection for the nice welcome bag and the bike rentals! We were able to make our way around town very easily.
