Two for the Road is a unique, modern one-bedroom unit located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building in Central Square, offering direct views of the town and of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The first floor includes a king bed and private bath with a garden tub/shower combination. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

A ship’s ladder/spiral staircase leads you upstairs to the second floor where you will find a charming living area, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The balcony overlooking Seaside’s Central Square is second to none! You will NOT find a more perfect view of Seaside. All of Seaside's staples are just below you, steps away. Modica Market, Seaside Style, Airstream Row, and Bud & Alley's to name a few.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* 2-minute, 482-foot walk to beach access
* Peacock Alley Linens - Fresh and luxurious Peacock Alley towels and sheets throughout the home
* Access to 3 swimming pools, 5 Clay tennis courts (court fees apply), 3 Pickleball courts, and a fitness center
* Welcome tote with 2 beach towels, complimentary bottle of wine, and 2 complimentary rental bikes included with your stay for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
* Personalized service throughout your stay and starter amenities provided
* Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit
* Parking is behind the building and there is NO assigned parking. First come first serve on parking spaces.
* No pets allowed

The people at Homeowners Collection were absolutely wonderful! Responses to all of my questions and concerns. The only negative comment would be the parking situation. I was not prepared for how difficult it would be to find a spot although again, the property management company was very helpful. Great location otherwise!!

Two for the Road was a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Seaside. We loved the view of the water right from our balcony! The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Two for the Road in Seaside! We have stayed in many cottages over the years and were very impressed with this cottage's location, decor, cleanliness and space! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the Homeowner's Collection for the nice welcome bag and the bike rentals! We were able to make our way around town very easily.
