This was our first time staying in Seaside. We wanted to change up our traditional beach scene and chose to stay in Waterside for both its closeness to the beach and the Town center area. Waterside is a very short walk across the street to the private beach area and only a few minutes walk to the town center. The home has recently been fully renovated and was clean and tidy! We loved all the covered porches and spent most of our time at the home on them. We had three teenagers with us who loved the location as well.
HI, welcome back! We are delighted Seaside, Homeowners Collection and Waterside Cottage met all your expectations for a great beach time getaway, including the teenagers.

My wife and I have been staying in Seaside for over 30 years. Each time we visit, we select a different cottage. This year we stayed at Waterside which is unanimously a TOP 3 property based on reviews by my sons, wife and I. It has an excellent location - close to the beach and the retail stores and restaurants. This year our new grandson made his first trip! I was once again very pleased with the support from Homeowner's Collection. They answered every call and every text message immediately and demonstrated a high level of professionalism at all times. As Arnold said, "we'll be back"!

Perfect house. Close to pavilion for beach access. Big den and huge master bedroom. Fantastic porches for relaxing and leaving beach gear. Very close to 30a which can be noisy in the evenings. So close to the town square which is a added bonus.

The best rental home and the best rental location-hands down! Literally 50 steps to the beach entrance and 75 steps to central square! This beach house is lovely and has everything you need to feel right at home! So many outdoor patio areas (including a huge screened in front porch facing 30A) , very large master bedroom, updated amenities and within walking distance to literally everything! We love all of it and have returned to the same property year after year..Highly recommend !!
