Contemporary style elements blend with seaside appeal at the ‘Waterstar’. This impeccable property sits in Central Square, serving up sensational views of the Gulf of Mexico and Seaside Amphitheater.  The towering development is framed by tropical landscaping on the outside, with elevator access leading from the lobby to the foyer. Once inside, a curved wall, accented by plentiful artwork, greets guests, showcased by 12-foot ceilings.

Just off the foyer you’ll find the first of the property’s four bedrooms. This one includes a queen-sized, built-in platform bed and flat-screen television. A half-bath sits just across the hall. Meanwhile, the foyer also leads on to one of the property’s outdoor terraces.

Yet another bedroom also includes a flat-screen television, supplemented by a king-sized bed and ocean views with additional sleeping accommodations, this time with queen-sized bunk beds. A third bedroom includes a queen bed. The final bedroom is perhaps the most spectacular. The ultra-luxurious king primary bedroom features high ceilings and the relaxing, yet surprising, addition of a soaking tub. There’s also a private terrace off the room, plus an adjoining bath with dual vessel sinks and a richly accented steam shower.

Other highlights of the property include the brightly-hued and eclectic furnishings of the main living space. This includes a large wood dining table with room to seat ten and an open floor plan leading to a kitchen, topped off with stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. A large living area additionally includes a gas fireplace and another flat-screen television, plus a conversation area provides room for more seating and amazing views.
