Marked by high-end luxuries, set amidst a beach setting, Wave The Wheat delights with casual sophistication; a true beach cottage that lives up to its reputation. This traditional style, Florida beach home takes advantage of its design, with two levels of covered outdoor living space, ideal for taking in the sights and sounds of the nearby Gulf.

With plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, the cottage serves up room for outdoor dining and lounging, while remaining mere steps from the sand and a short stroll from the town center. The home easily transitions from the outdoors to the indoors too, with plentiful floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors in multiple rooms, allowing natural light to flow throughout the home and visitors to experience the fantastic surrounding views.

The spacious first level opens up to not one, but two king-sized bedrooms, one of which superbly meets the needs of a family, with an attached room featuring built-in bunk beds, ideal for young children. The floor also includes a spa-like private bath, with floor-to-ceiling marble adding to the bath’s upscale allure. Meanwhile, both bedrooms conveniently open up to a downstairs patio.

In a unique twist, the second floor emerges as the main living space of the cottage; complete with an open kitchen filled with high-end Viking appliances and contemporary touches. This leads out to the home’s main dining space and open living room with new décor, a flat-screen TV, and more walls of windows opening up to the second-floor deck and gulf views.

Yet another king bedroom, this one the primary, dishes up even more private living space, along with another beautifully designed private bath and views. Altogether, eight guests can comfortably enjoy the luxuries of Wave The Wheat, filled with elegant features and enjoyable indulgence.  

*  5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer 2024.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This house is beautiful, beachy, and has a view. Basically 3 master bedrooms which works when you have adult children. Plus there are bunk beds off one of the rooms.
