This high-end beach side home, Wave the Wheat, has a prime Seaside, Florida location just 92 feet to the beach access and only a 3-minute walk to downtown Seaside and over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door!  This luxurious home has two levels of covered outdoor living spaces, ideal for dining al fresco while you take in the sounds of the crashing waves of the Gulf nearby.  With plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, the cottage serves up room for outdoor dining and lounging, while remaining mere steps from the sand and a short stroll from the town center. The home easily transitions from the outdoors to the indoors too, with plentiful floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors in multiple rooms, allowing natural light to flow throughout the home and visitors to experience the fantastic surrounding views.

The spacious first level opens to two king-sized bedrooms down both with private renovated ensuite baths. The first king bedroom has a large mounted flat screen TV, dresser, closet, and a door leading onto the outdoor private patios. The renovated ensuite bathroom features a single vanity, a glass enclosed tub & shower combination with a rain shower head. The second king bedroom down superbly meets the needs of a family, with an attached room featuring built-in custom bunk beds and a large mounted flat screen TV that is ideal for young children. This bedroom includes a renovated spa-like private bath, with floor-to-ceiling marble adding to the bath’s upscale allure with a glass enclosed walk-in shower and a single vanity. This bedroom also has a door that leads to the outdoor private patio.  Off both bedrooms down in the foyer entry with plenty of custom built in storage and a seating bench which is perfect for unloading after a long day at the beach or to store your beach gear.

In a unique twist, the second floor emerges as the main living space of the cottage; complete with a renovated open kitchen filled and additional bar seating for two more.  The kitchen is complete with custom built in storage, all stainless-steel high-end Viking appliances, and contemporary touches throughout while surrounded in windows providing glimpses of gulf views and incredible sunset views. This leads out to the home’s main dining space which features a bench and a dining table to comfortably seat six.  The adjacent living room has designer furnishings throughout with two large sofas, two club chairs, and a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for a family movie night in after a long day at the beach. The living room has more walls of windows opening to the second-floor deck and gulf views.

The third king bedroom up (the primary) dishes up even more private living space, along with another beautifully designed private bath and gulf views. This bedroom has a large mounted flat screen TV, door access to the balcony, and a renovated private ensuite bath with a single vanity and a large glass enclosed walk-in shower. The true gem of the home is the second-floor open air covered balcony that features outdoor bar top dining for four, two double chaise loungers, two club chairs, and gulf front seating for two more. Enjoy incredible gulf and sunset views from your private outdoor dining and living spaces as you listen to the crash of the waves just 92 feet from your cottage.  Altogether, eight guests can comfortably enjoy the luxuries of Wave the Wheat, filled with elegant features and enjoyable indulgence.  

*  7 night Sat to Sat minimum Summer; 5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Had a wonderful family vacation while staying at this home. Location Can not be beat as it is literally a few steps away from town square and the beach. This home had everything we would could need but again, the location is amazing . The home had a water leak occur during our stay and the home collection group quickly came to assess and resolve the problem and it did not negatively affect our trip. I have utilized other home rental services in tbe seaside area and this one takes the cake in my opinion because of their great communication before and during the stay. They offer a lot of great information about seaside upon arrival and I will most definitely be utilizing this rental service again in the future! This home was also the cleanest Ive stayed at compared to another rental group weve utilized in the past.

This thoughtfully and beautifully appointed house felt like home. Our family of 6 adults and one child had what we needed to have quality family time. The location was just right for one family member who is disabled and can only walk so far. We took full advantage of the bicycles and the fitness center/yoga room, and absolutely enjoyed the private pavilion beach access. The lights in the upstairs bathroom could have been much brighter, and maybe a greater variety of bed pillows.

Wave the Wheat has become our favorite house to stay in due to its convenient location to the beach and the center of town plus the number of bedrooms suits our needs. The furnishings are fun and beachy and the view from the deck is wonderful.
