One of our most popular family rentals, this charming home is the ideal setting to "Wean Back & Wewax"! Nestled in the heart of Seaside, it's one of the few properties situated on a spacious double lot, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind in this picturesque beach town.

As you step onto the inviting, furnished open porch, you'll be welcomed into a bright and airy living space. The main floor features a spacious living room, a comfortable dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV—perfect for gathering and making memories.

Also located on the first floor are two well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a set of twin bunk beds plus a single twin, complete with a private full bath—perfect for kids or extra guests. The second bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed and private access to a convenient hall bath (shower only).

Heading upstairs, you’ll find the primary king suite, a serene retreat that boasts access to a beautifully furnished open deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The suite also includes a private bath (shower only) for added convenience.

The third floor reveals a unique tower room featuring a full bed and spectacular panoramic Gulf views, thanks to the impressive bank of windows along each wall. This charming space offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking scenery.

Additional perks include a basketball goal for outdoor fun, a private courtyard, a charming gazebo for leisurely afternoons, and a washer/dryer for added convenience. This home truly blends comfort, space, and seaside charm, making it a beloved choice for family getaways!

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was as described . We could not have been happier! My favorite house Ive ever stayed in when visiting Seaside. Also, the Homeowners Collection staff was great!
