One of our most popular family rentals- this home is the perfect setting to "Wean Back & Wewax"! It's one of the few double lots in Seaside, so it has plenty of room for relaxing in the great beach town. A furnished open porch leads you into a spacious living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, an additional sitting area with a flat-screen TV. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms; one with a set of twin bunk beds plus a single twin with a private full bath. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and private access to a hall bath (shower only).

Upstairs is a primary king suite with access to a furnished open deck and a private bath (shower only). The third-floor tower room has a full bed and a terrific Gulf view from the bank of windows along each wall of the tower room. Bonuses: basketball goal, courtyard, gazebo, and washer/dryer.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

The house was exactly what we had hoped for and more. It was ideal for our family and grandchildren! It was a perfect summer family beach vacation made possible impart by the excellent job of Home Owner's Collection. We enjoyed using the community swimming pool, visiting the beach, dinning in town, watching the fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July, fishing in the bay, and hanging out and having a good time.
