Welcome to You, Me, and the Sea! Nestled on the iconic Tupelo Street, this charming coastal beach cottage has been beautifully renovated and quickly become a family favorite in Seaside. As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the home’s fresh, white exterior and a welcoming front porch, complete with rocking chairs and an outdoor swing overlooking the shaded, fenced front yard—an ideal spot to take in your first view of Seaside, FL.

Inside, the spacious living area offers plush seating and a flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A small set of stairs leads up to an open-concept living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped, chef-worthy kitchen, all featuring designer furnishings and luxurious touches throughout. The dining area boasts built-in seating around a beautiful stone tulip table that comfortably accommodates six to eight guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a wet bar with a beverage fridge and ice maker, while the kitchen itself is a culinary dream, complete with high-end appliances including a six-burner gas stove, Sub-Zero fridge, large farmhouse sink, and a pantry for added convenience.

Head upstairs to find the bedrooms. The spacious king suite includes a cozy seating area with a sofa and chair, a dresser, a flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony with lounge seating that overlooks Tupelo Gazebo. Just down the hall is another king bedroom with its own flatscreen TV, dresser storage, and an en-suite full bath. The third bedroom, a charming bunk room, features four single beds, dresser storage, and a flatscreen TV, with a full bath nearby that includes a large shower.

The true gem of the home is the private, open-air tower accessible by a set of stairs. Here, you'll find seating for two and breathtaking panoramic views of Seaside and the stunning Gulf of Mexico—making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

We absolutely loved You, Me & the Sea cotage in Seaside! We have been coming for many years but this was our first time to stay here. It was decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us and kitchen had everything we needed, even though the restaurants were just a short walk away. The beach was super close too. We loved the bikes that were provided - thank you to homeowners collection for a great vacation!
