Welcome to You, Me, and the Sea

Located on iconic Tupelo Street in the heart of Seaside, Florida, You, Me, and the Sea is a beautifully renovated coastal cottage that has quickly become a guest favorite. With its fresh white exterior, shaded fenced front yard, and classic front porch featuring rocking chairs and an outdoor swing, this home offers a quintessential Seaside welcome from the moment you arrive.

Main Living & Kitchen

Step inside to a comfortable living space with plush seating and a mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A short set of stairs leads to the open-concept main living level, where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow seamlessly together and showcase designer furnishings and thoughtful details throughout.

The dining area features built-in seating surrounding a stone tulip table that comfortably seats six to eight guests. Adjacent is a wet bar complete with a beverage refrigerator and ice maker, ideal for entertaining. The chef-style kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a six-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, farmhouse sink, generous counter space, and a pantry—making family meals and gatherings effortless.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The second level is home to all sleeping accommodations. The king primary suite includes a sitting area with a sofa and chair, dresser storage, a mounted flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony with lounge seating overlooking the Tupelo Gazebo. Just down the hall, the second king bedroom offers its own flat-screen TV, dresser storage, and a private en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is a charming bunk room featuring four twin beds, dresser storage, and a mounted flat-screen TV. A nearby full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower serves this bedroom.

Private Tower & Views

A staircase leads to the home’s private open-air tower—an unforgettable Seaside feature. This elevated retreat includes seating for two and offers panoramic views of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, sunset views, or a quiet moment above town.

  • Parking information: Two parking passes are issued for two-bedroom and larger homes. A golf cart is considered a vehicle. Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners visiting Seaside. Special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit.

We had a great family girls 4 night stay and the cottage has everything you could want. It is decorated beautifully and so quiet and peaceful. I have stayed in Seaside numerous times and this cottage is one of my favorites.

We absolutely loved You, Me & the Sea cotage in Seaside! We have been coming for many years but this was our first time to stay here. It was decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us and kitchen had everything we needed, even though the restaurants were just a short walk away. The beach was super close too. We loved the bikes that were provided - thank you to homeowners collection for a great vacation!
