Now our Flexible Cancellation policy allows you to change your reservation up to 48 Hours ahead of your scheduled arrival - you can re-schedule the booking for any time within the following 12 months. This policy is guaranteed for bookings made by May 31, 2020.

Our cleaning standards were already very high we think, but we've upgraded them to ensure that we use only EPA approved disinfectants. We've created sign-off protocols for every step of the cottage sanitization, and the final walk-through has become the final WIPE-through! We're keeping shorter check-in and checkout times to offer more cleaning time - and it's masks and gloves at all times, of course.

The community has pulled together strongly during this time of crisis - we already wrote about the fundraising efforts underway to support local workers. At Homeowner's Collection, we've managed to keep everyone on the payroll, as well as offering full refunds and generous guest policies to accommodate the crisis. It's tough for the business plan, but people helping people are the only way a community thrives.
The Seaside beach is now open with no restrictions, other than the statewide rules to avoid groups of more than 10 people, and to keep six feet apart except for household members.
