The front entrance is down a sandy footpath with a front porch perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Step inside and the ground level kitchen celebrates all of the latest fixtures and finishes, with custom built-in shelving and floor-to-ceiling windows. 

Just off the kitchen, the living area has a queen sleeper sofa with a well-designed custom built-in dining nook and a flat-screen TV with a Sonos system.  A  spiral staircase winds up to the upper level of the home, delivering a queen-sized bedroom suite with custom built-in closets and drawers on either side of the bed offering plenty of extra storage. The room is complete with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony off the primary bedroom. The wall of windows provides an enviable indoor and outdoor living space. Shrouded by trees the relaxed balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a late afternoon glass or wine.

The primary bedroom leads into a private bath, completed by a glass-enclosed shower and vessel sink, adding to the modern touches that accentuate the home’s overall design. From the contemporary construction to the modern furnishings, Little Feet delivers with its location for a perfect Seaside experience.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We enjoyed parking our car for the duration of our stay and spending a couple of days walking and biking. The property is a cute, well-designed structure behind the main house. The complementary beach bag with towels and a bottle of wine were nice touches. The sticking exterior doors are in need of adjustment, but otherwise everything was in good condition and clean.

Tucked in between East Ruskin and Seaside Avenue, it is accessible by footpath. It felt very private. It is perfect for a couple and well appointed. The bathroom and kitchen are small but updated. As always, Homeowners Collection is very accommodating.

Staying at Little Feet was so great! It is the perfect location - steps to Black Bear coffee, Modicas and the Seaside square with all the restaurants and shops. The accommodations are so lovely. Downstairs was perfect for relaxing and the bed was also very comfortable. Great stay!!

The location and amenities were perfect! It was within walking distance to most of our favorite restaurants and shopping. The beach bag and towels were a special bonus. Short walk to private beach access. If we had an issue it was handled fast, except the refrigerator beeped continuously unless you went down stairs to reset. This was very annoying during the night. We were told that a filter was orders but had not arrived. Hopefully it will be replaced before the next person stays. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!!

Little Feet is conveniently situated at Seaside. Near the beach and near the restaurants. Little Feet feels new and had the necessities. I would say better for a short stay versus long. The washer dryer combo doesnt dry so well. Big , plus The most comfortable bed!
