It's also only one block from downtown Seaside’s Amphitheater, placing over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance. Upon arrival, park in your private driveway, which accommodates one car, with additional parking available in front. The home is greeted by two spacious open-air porches that stretch across the length of the house, with the upper porch offering stunning Gulf views. On the first floor, Adirondack seating for two and a bench swing provide the perfect spot for morning coffee while you listen to the waves crash just across the street.

Inside, you’ll find a large, open living room with ample seating for family and friends. The space includes a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests and several club chairs, ideal for conversation. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with a soundbar, perfect for family movie nights after a day spent at the beach. The first floor also has two queen bedrooms, each with ensuite private baths. The first bedroom features wall-mounted nautical reading lights, a small closet, a flat-screen TV, and a recently renovated private bathroom with a large single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second queen bedroom also offers a small closet, flat-screen TV, and its own private, newly renovated bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a large single vanity.

Upstairs, the open kitchen and dining area lead to another expansive open-air porch. The kitchen boasts sleek black stone countertops, a breakfast bar seating four, and all new stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, induction stovetop, large double-door refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The adjoining dining area features a farmhouse table that comfortably seats six. The favorite open-air porch is just off the dining area, offering additional al fresco dining with a picnic table, Adirondack seating for six, and beautiful Gulf and sunset views—perfect for a relaxing evening with a nightcap.

Adjacent to the living areas, the expansive primary king bedroom suite includes a large seating area with a queen sleeper sofa, two club chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The suite also features two spacious closets and a desk, ideal for remote work with a large wall of windows that provide a view of the action. The bathroom includes a large soaker tub combined with a shower.

Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Need more room? Sabbatical can sleep an additional four in the guest cottage Dreamboat.

The sabbatical was perfectly described and was perfect for our group of two adults and 4 teenage girls. Great location to both the beach and seaside. Master suite was huge and very comfortable.
