Try a homecoming at this adorable Seaside cottage surrounded by lush Florida palm trees. Just know that you really can’t feel its refreshing essence until you walk through the door.

Greeted by a pastel and white living area and kitchenette, you instantly feel lighter in mind and body. You find a built in custom dining area with plenty of storage adjacent to the open kitchen and living area. The open living and dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy  a quick breakfast or cuddle up and wind down at night. Off of the kitchen area at the rear of the home is a very private, large open deck with built in seating, the perfect spot after a long day at the beach for an afternoon book or an evening glass of wine under the stars. Homecoming also has the perfect Seaside town location with being just steps to the West side pool and only seven houses to the beach. 

When you’ve exhausted all daylight, the upstairs King bedroom -- decked out in white -- is all you need to recharge for tomorrow. In the morning, a few steps to enjoy the bedroom balcony with views of your rear deck surrounded by trees in a park like setting. 

Ready to hear what else is included when you stay at Homecoming? Well, first, you’re welcomed with a Welcome Tote, two beach towels, and a complimentary bottle of wine.  If you’re active, you’ll love the community pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. And of course, this homecoming positions you just a short walk away from the beach plus all the shopping and eating your heart desires. 

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This town of Seaside is absolutely charming. Although was have visited Panama and Destin for 40 years, this was our first visit to Seaside. The team at Homeowners collection was absolutely wonderful to work with and very prompt on communication. When we arrived were were excited to receive a beach bag, towels and a bottle of wine from Modica Market. The house is absolutely charming! It is tiny but has anything you can possibly need. When searching for a vacation property I wanted a house with a king bed and Homecoming an incredibly comfortable bed for our stay. The location is very close to the family pool for the days you do not want to go to the beach. There was free bike rental with our unit but we preferred walking through the well lit paths throughout the community. We would rent from Homeowners again and if is just the 2 of us we would rent Homecoming again.

Homecoming is a very nice property for two. Steps from the beach, easy walk to Seaside's town center, and tucked away from noise. Highly recommend for a getaway.
