Seaside Spring Break Curfew Details: March 3, 2025 - April 25, 2025 for Unaccompanied Minors Under 18.
Seaside is the ideal getaway for Spring Break. The 80-acre resort community offers the largest residential private beach on 30A. This beach is exclusive to Seaside's owners and guests. Seaside is the birthplace of new urbanism and is designed to provide walkability and easy access to all the community offers. You access our private beaches with a wristband that unlocks any of our nine pavilions that adorn our beautiful coastline. Each pavilion is unique and celebrates a different architectural design to protect our stunning dunes and serve as a welcoming gateway to our beaches.
Seaside Curfew Details: (there are 7 PM Curfews in place on all 30A communities for Spring Break)
● Access to Walton County beaches will be restricted starting at 7 PM to those 18 years and younger whom are not accompanied by an adult. This will be in place from March 3rd to April 25th.
● Town and neighborhood restrictions begin at 7 PM for 18 & under; minors must be accompanied by an adult in Seaside Town Square and on Seaside residential streets
● Curfew is in place from March 3, 2025, to April 25, 2025
● Security Measures: Additional security measures will be in place in Seaside, there will be both additional security and South Walton Sheriff's office presence in Seaside for the duration of Spring Break
● A zero-tolerance policy is in place for house parties in Seaside Proper
CONTROLLED ENTRY PLAN SPRING BREAK:
The residential area will implement a controlled entry plan for Texas Spring break from Macrch 10 -14, 2025 and Louisiana Spring Break from April 7 - 11. The limited access will start at 10:30 a.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. As part of this plan, all residential streets will be blocked from incoming traffic, and we will have three controlled entry and exit points. Pensacola Street, Savannah Street, and Seaside Avenue will be accessible for entry and exit for those staying in the residential area.
