Located in the Pop-Up District, this festive experience offers a picture-perfect setting where Santa himself will be waiting to hear your holiday wishes.
- November 30th: Complimentary pictures with Santa from 5 PM to 8 PM in the Christmas Village after the Turn on the Town Lights event.
- December 13th–19th: Santa will be available daily from 4 PM to 6 PM for more photos

The Christmas Village also features over 25 dazzling, lighted trees and vibrant, painted holiday murals that make for a magical backdrop for all your photos. The Village will be illuminated nightly from November 30th to January 1st.

Holiday season events in Seaside add an extra sparkle to your stay this year as the town comes alive with festive lights again - the palm trees look dazzling! There's a light show at the Amphitheater and our new Christmas Village in the popup district has 25 trees decorated, making over 100,000 lights across town.
Holiday events in Seaside, FL continue all through the month and the New Year's Eve Fireworks across the Gulf will again be one of the star events along Hwy 30A.
The Miracle Popup Bar is back at the Day Trader with its seasonal cocktails, and no worries about driving in this walkable town. And if you're coming into town for the festivities, our FREE shuttles are running from 6 am till midnight every day, letting you park at the spacious lot and arrive in the center of the fun.
For kids, Santa is coming for multiple photo ops - in the Christmas Village, of course - and also at Pickle's for a breakfast meet. And the Village has Elfstravaganza, with holiday characters, storytelling from the elves, music and many laughs. The REP Theatre again offers its spellbinding Christmas Story show in front of the famous Seaside Post Office on many days through the month.
The wonderful Seaside Farmers Market continues with its gourmet treats and wholesome fare for your vacation cottage kitchen, and this year it offers a special Holiday Market, a great shopping opportunity for unique gift items. The Amphitheater continues its Music series through the month, and for New Year's Eve we have another great countdown rock concert in the evening.
