This stunningly renovated beach home, updated down to the studs, boasts new designer furnishings throughout, offering a luxurious and inviting retreat.

On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first is a spacious king suite featuring a large, glass-enclosed walk-in shower, dual vanities with quartz countertops, and a fresh, modern design. The second bedroom is a custom-built bunk room with a three-tier twin bunk bed and a private full bathroom, complete with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second floor showcases open living spaces with a beautifully renovated kitchen. Redesigned down to the studs, the kitchen includes custom-built cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a bright, airy design. Off the kitchen is the central living room with a large mounted flat screen TV and seating for all. Adjacent to the open combined living area is a second-story open-air porch where guests are able to unwind and take in the sights and sounds of the stunning outdoors on a private, oversized balcony porch, featuring a swing and outdoor dining the perfect area for a nightcap. The dark-stained wood floors extend throughout the home, complementing the bright, beachy ambiance. This floor also features a third bedroom—a king room with access to a shared, newly renovated bathroom that includes a marble single vanity and a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination.

On the third floor, the home’s primary king bedroom and an additional custom-built bunk room are located. The fourth bedroom is a thoughtfully designed bunk room with two twin bunks (sleeping up to four). Each bunk is equipped with its own wall-mounted TV, charging outlets, and individual bunk lights, ensuring comfort and convenience. This room shares a hall bathroom featuring a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is a spacious king primary suite, complete with a California Closet, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The final surprise is tucked up the spiral staircase on the 4th-floor tower. Inside the 4th floor, guests can enjoy a remote work area, for anyone working on the road or just needing some quiet time. The Poppy House cottage in Seaside was the perfect setting for our trip with friends this year! It has four spacious bedrooms that were all comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room! We loved the front porch and the location! The bikes were a nice addition too! Thank you to the property management company for the help, it was much appreciated. We would love to come back and stay here again! Location was excellent!

The Poppy House was the perfect setting for our group of 12 in Seaside! We had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable and all was very clean! We loved the location and the front porches! The croquet lawn was right outside our door and we were just a quick walk from everything in town - shops, restaurants and beach! We will definitely be back!
