Welcome to PB&J, an updated coastal cottage with a prime location just 127 feet to the beach access and a 3-minute walk to the Seaside Amphitheater with over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door! This updated coastal cottage sits perfectly on the beautiful East Ruskin Street and just landed on our rental program! There is private parking in the driveway for one and additional parking at the front of the cottage.

Arrive and park to spy a generous, furnished front porch, featuring rocking chairs and outdoor dining for four in our own generous open-air front porch, a perfect place for quality family time. Step inside and into an open first level with high ceilings, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with bar-top seating for two, situated next to a dining table for 8 people. The updated kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas stove, and a bright red fun retro fridge. This updated kitchen has all you need to prepare family meals after long lingering beach days. Nearby, there is an open living area with slipcover seating and a flatscreen TV, making this level a great place to commune and enjoy good company and fellowship! Down the hall, guests can find the first bedroom, a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The king has a large mounted flat screen TV above a dresser as well as the updated private marble bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom down is the bunk room featuring two bunk beds to sleep four in all, a flat-screen mounted TV, and rear porch access. There is an additional shared full bathroom on this level with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower with access to the outdoor enclosed shower.

Head up a set of stairs and into the second level to be greeted by the large secondary living area, a wet bar, rear balcony access, and the third bedroom on this level. This secondary level has a card game table for four perfect for game nights at home as well as a large wrap-around sectional and a large mounted flat-screen TV perfect for family movie nights. There is an adjacent wet bar off the living area with a beverage fridge and a sink. There is an open-air rear balcony off the living room with two teak chaise loungers. The third bedroom on this level features a queen bedroom, dresser, and a mounted private mounted flat screen TV as well. There is an updated shared marble bathroom off the bedroom with a single vanity and a tub & shower combination bath. The set of stairs leads to a glass-enclosed tower room with an outdoor Juliette balcony with gulf views. This tower room features a twin daybed with a trundle to sleep two more, a desk for working remotely, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The Juliette balcony has soothing gulf views and amazing sunsets. This is our 20th visit to the Seaside area, and this cottage was a perfect fit for our group (4 adults and 2 children). Near to the beach and the center of Seaside, everything was in walking distance. The cottage itself was well-appointed, neat and well laid out.

This cottage is the cutest!! We have stayed in Seaside many times but this was our favorite so far! We will be back! Location was perfect, the rooms were large and fit our group perfectly! The decor was so cute, we loved it all! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
