In the off-season, you can rent a portion of this impressive 3-story plus roof deck townhome situated in Ruskin Square. In the Allora 1 lock-off configuration, you will have the ground floor of the townhouse giving you a primary en-suite bedroom with a King bed, a small bonus hallway bunk room, and a Queen sleeper sofa for a total of one bedroom, 2 full baths, and sleeping capacity for 6. The home overlooks the beautiful park area of Ruskin Square in central Seaside where boutique stores and art galleries surround the tranquil tree-lined green space.

Catch a concert, visit a gallery, or shop in the antique stores – it’s all at your door, and only a minute's walk from the sugar-sand beach and Gulf Front dining!

First Floor: Entire ground floor with private entrance to front and rear. Features a King primary bedroom with smart TV and a new ensuite shower room with twin wash basins. Bonus bunk nook with 2 twins, each with its own TV, and bi-fold louver door for privacy. The separate hall bath has a small tub/shower. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances (fridge, dishwasher, glass top range, microwave, euro-style washer/dryer combo), stone countertops and a breakfast bar adjacent to the living area with a Queen sleeper sofa, 60” smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and door opening onto the front patio with Adirondack chairs on the park. Outdoor shower in carport. Wireless internet. This floor sleeps up to six.

Allora 1 shares the driveway parking with Allora 2 and there is only one parking spot in the driveway for Allora 1. 

* 5-night minimum Spring; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Only Allora's main home is available during the summer months.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Super week - nor rain, 80 for high, 60 for low, no rain. Comfortable rental. Had all the basics, everything worked well. Extremely convenient location.

Allora I is located in the perfect place in Seaside. Walk right out the door and you are in the middle of everything. The unit is very nice and well equipped for cooking. We would stay here again in the future.
