This guest house features a king bedroom downstairs with an adjoining living area and an efficiency kitchen equipped with a bar sink, microwave, refrigerator and freezer drawers, open shelving, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and built-in storage. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom features custom built-in bunk beds for two, a cozy seating area with sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and custom cabinetry.

Durning the off season Happily Ever After 3 and Happily Ever After Tower can be rented separately for Fall, Fall Break, Winter, and Spring.
